The light will turn yellow and vibrate if the species of the Pokémon is something you’ve never caught before. One pokéball will be used to do this, if you do not have pokéballs to throw, the light will turn red but it will not use Great Balls and Ultra Balls.
The Pokémon Go Plus can be activated by pressing the button present in it, it will automatically start looking for Pokémon and doesn’t need any instructions. If users catch a Pokémon, a message named “You caught a Pokémon!” will be displayed on their smartphone, and the accessory will shine seven different colors of light. But if the Pokémon gets away, a message saying “The Pokémon fled!” will be displayed on the smartphone with a red light on the Pokémon Go Plus accessory.
Get items from the Pokéstop using the device
Pokémon Go Plus accessory will help in getting items from Pokéstop, once the user is close to a Pokéstop the accessory will turn blue and vibrate. Users will have to press the button on the accessory to acquire items from the Pokéstop.
The items acquired by users will be displayed on the smartphone which they access by logging into the game. Users can keep track of their Pokémon Go Plus activities by visiting their trainer profile and opening the journal option, this will show users the last 50 actions by the accessory.
