With a collaboration with one of the most well-known mobile games, PUBG Mobile, Rockstar Energy Drink is bringing its “Fuel What’s Next” campaign into the virtual realm and giving players an authentic Fuel What’s Next in-game experience with brand partner Angus Cloud.
Players will be able to unlock in-game rewards and exclusive Rockstar Energy inspired items
Rockstar Energy has the chance to explore and contribute to a variety of shared loves that Angus Cloud and the brand have, including skateboarding, fashion, art, and motorsports, according to the “Fuel What’s Next” campaign, which debuted in November 2022. With his own in-game skin in PUBG Mobile, Angus will soon be at the heart of the gaming world, continuing his trip into 2023.
“I grew up playing video games with my friends and always thought it’d be cool to be in one, so it’s beyond crazy to me that Rockstar Energy and PUBG Mobile actually made that dream come true,” said Angus Cloud, Rockstar Energy Drink brand partner. “You know, I just hope that people out there playing with my skin see it as inspiration that anything is possible if you follow your passions and continue to push the limits.”
His “What’s Next Set” features a black hat, sunglasses, and a gold puffer jacket that are all inspired by Angus Cloud’s real-life sense of style. Over the course of four weeks, players can compete in the “What’s Next In-Game Challenge” to earn in-game incentives and unique Rockstar Energy-inspired merchandise. The main prize, a real-life, one-of-a-kind Rockstar Energy Polaris Slingshot that is only accessible to players in the United States and is worth $38,000, will go to the first person to complete the challenge.
On April 27, Rockstar Energy will host the “PUBG Mobile x Rockstar Energy Drink ‘What’s Next’ livestream from the NRG Castle” to celebrate the launch of Angus Cloud’s game integration with fans. Don Toliver will give a special performance to highlight Angus’ new Rockstar Energy x PUBG Mobile in-game skin. Fans can watch the livestream here from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST and can participate in the live chat to win Angus Cloud in-game skin unlock codes, unique Rockstar Energy swag, and premium gear.
