Riot Games’ upcoming MMO might be arriving on mobile as well

Another MMORPG from Riot Games!

Greg Street, VP of IP and Entertainment for Riot Games, has revealed in a tweet that they are working on an MMO (Massively Multiplayer Online) game and are hiring people to work on it.

Riot Games: Openings in the ‘Work With Us’ Page

According to Riot Games ‘Work With Us’ page, they are looking for a Senior Game Producer for Mobile, a Technical Game Designer III for Mobile, and a User Experience Designer III for Mobile. All these positions are for an unpublished R&D project, which has given rise to a lot of speculation. With Riot Games making an entry onto the mobile platform with Legends of Runeterra, Teamfight Tactics, and League of Legends: Wild Rift, another game for mobile might be in the cards. All three of those openings are for the Los Angeles (USA) Office. The requirements for the jobs, as per the Riot Games website, notifies that they prefer people who already have some experience working on MMOs.

The MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) is going to be based on the League Universe, with the development requiring a lot of people. On the MMO recruiting page, Riot Games points out that these aren’t the only openings as they’ll need even more people in the future. More openings are thus expected to come up soon.

Riot Games are especially interested in people who have experience in Gameplay Engineering, Game Design, UX Design, Game Art (All Sub-Disciplines), and Game Production. This news comes after the survey that Riot has conducted earlier about releasing new mobile games. That’s all the information that has been revealed regarding the game till now. With Riot Games now hiring actively, we might get more information on the development soon.
