During the holiday season, participants can immerse themselves in festive fun alongside Santa and his loyal snowmen, engaging in various special activities like Fairy Light Fishing and crafting Christmas Decorations. By capturing snow imps, they can accumulate Christmas Spirit to unlock a range of both classic and new holiday-themed rewards, including outfits like the Peppermint ensemble, a Purple Santa Hat, and an exclusive tradeable item, the Black Party Hat.
As part of the seasonal celebrations in RuneScape, players are enlisted to spread merriment throughout Gielinor by aiding Santa in Its Snow Bother, a new traditional quest. Their mission involves locating key characters across the realm to distribute presents and transform the locations of Lumbridge, Falador, and Varrock into festive wonderlands.
The Christmas Village has already commenced in RuneScape and will remain accessible until January 4, 2024, with Santa’s Lodge opening its doors on December 3.
