- Seven Knights 2 is a cinematic MMORPG sequel to the beloved title.
- There will be no refunds or an offline version.
- You can still enjoy seasonal content and events until the end of service.
Netmarble has announced the shutdown of its beloved MMORPG, Seven Knights 2, scheduled for April 15, 2026. First released in South Korea on November 2020, this sequel to the beloved title globally launched the next year in same month. And after all these years of service it is finally bidding goodbye.
Devs confirm April 15, 2026 shutdown without sharing a clear reason
So, Seven Knights 2 is a cinematic MMORPG that serves as a solid sequel as it dominated the Korean market at its launch. Here, you can collect and develop a variety of new and old powerful heroes for boss battles, while experiencing the cinematic storyline with stunning cutscenes.

Unfortunately, the Seven Knights 2 Team announced via Netmarble Forum that the game would shutdown on April 15, 2026, stating, “We are committed to doing our utmost to ensure a smooth gameplay experience until the very last moment.” However, they didn’t reveal the exact reason behind the decision.
You can play the game and enjoy seasonal content and more until EOS
Following the announcement, the game has disabled in-game purchases and even removed it from the app stores. That said, you can still enjoy the final moments with the seasonal content and ongoing events will run as usual until the EOS date. The game’s official forum and social media acounts will close in April 14.
However, there won’t be any offline versions or refunds for you, which is kind of a bummer. I’m sure longtime fans are heartbroken by now or will be after this, but I can suggest you something. After the game sunsets, you can shift to the new one, Seven Knights: Rebirth, and I promise you that it’s really fun.
