Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II is set to release for Android and iOS before Christmas 2020

Join forces with the Light Side or the Dark side.

Star Wars is one of the most successful franchises of all time, for sure. One of its main strengths was always the games based on the story, and the immersion in the Star Wars Universe. Probably with that in mind (and several requests from fans), Aspyr and Lucasfilm have confirmed today the newest title Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II which will see a release on December 18th, 2020 for both Android and iOS and we shall see everyone willing to join forces with the Light Side or the Dark side.

About Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lord

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II release

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is the sequel to the popular RPG Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. A very successful game acclaimed by critics and gamers. The story is situated 4000 years before the first movie, and five years after the ending of the prequel game. The story begins with the player controlling a Jedi Knight banished from the Order after it went to the Mandalorian Wars. The player then proceeds to make its decisions and follow the historical path deciding if it will follow the Light Side and restore the Jedi Order or follow the Dark Side and make the Siths triumph.

Compatibility and Pricing for iOS

Elizabeth Howard, the VP of Aspyr Games, stated that they are thrilled to introduce the game for mobile and are proud to continue working with Lucasfilm to bring classic titles to modern platforms, but is that a hint to say that there is more to come?

Many other Star Wars games would be more than welcome, be it from the movies or the world. Examples of that are the Episode 3 game and the Battlefront game who are respectively from each of the aforementioned contexts. By now, everything we have is the release date of Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II, the price of $14.99 US dollars, and a list of iOS compatible devices. This shall also give a hint of which Android phones may or may not be able to run the game.
