Ubisoft has announced their upcoming third-person shooter title The Division Resurgence will be kicking off its second Regional Beta test this November 16, 2023, and will be going on for a month until its conclusion on December 29, 2023. This test will be carried out for players in select regions of the USA, Brazil, and Australia.
The Division Resurgence second Regional Beta will arrive with new tweaks and game modes
In the developer diary released by The Division Resurgence, they have mentioned that there’s a tutorial rework that also involves the revamping of the initial missions to make them more beginner-friendly. In response to player feedback, the team has done some balancing rework under careful consideration. This has led to alterations in the overall progression and economy aspects of the game, weekly bounties, weapon and gear progression, as well as the power player score.
Regarding new features introduced in the regional beta, players will have the opportunity to experience the Lone Wolf challenge mode. In this fresh solo mode, individuals can put their skills to the test across a series of levels with increasing difficulty and a fixed skill cap. This mode allows players to monitor their progression and character builds closely. At the start of each level, they can choose one of three temporary skills, and the more consecutive levels they complete, the greater the rewards.
Multiplayer fans can look forward to the inclusion of the brand-new Legendary Instance Challenges. These thrilling missions are designed to test the limits of players and present fresh challenges on a weekly basis. Additionally, the introduction of the Solo Dark Zone queue provides an opportunity for solo players to participate and be matched with solo players.
Additional game enhancements include a reworked armory for easier crafting, the introduction of new proficiency, and a three-tier equipment system. A fresh gear type called OS Protocol has been added to enhance your character’s stats. Open-world improvements and adjustments to the battle pass system have also been implemented.
How to access The Division Resurgence second Regional Beta
When it comes to accessing the Regional Beta starting this November 16, 2023, pre-registered players in the United States and Brazil will have a chance to be selected and receive an invitation. Meanwhile, in Australia, the game will be open to all interested players with compatible devices.
Exclusive access to the Regional Beta is also available for select fans outside the mentioned regions. Content creators and community members enjoy a 2-day early start with codes to share, and sharing gameplay on X can lead to getting additional invitation codes. If you missed an invitation, there are still opportunities to join the test on iOS or Android, so keep an eye on the announcements.
As announced in September, The Division Resurgence release date has been pushed to Early 2024, while we might see a release date of March 31, 2024, as the iOS App Store page indicates the same. The game is open for pre-registration, where interested players can follow up on the game from the Google Play Store and App Store for Android and iOS respectively.
