Tower of Fantasy is releasing some cool new bundles during version 2.2. The bundles are Starlight gift box and New Year Decoration Gift box that have some exclusive skins and cosmetics for your character to wear and rock on in Tower of Fantasy.
The gift boxes will be available for a limited time, starting from January 28th at 22:00 EST to February 8th at 22 EST. Players can have access to the bundles even in the upcoming version 2.3 of the game.

The Two new gift boxes are not gifts per se, meaning that they are not freely obtainable for the players. Rather they are purchasable packages. There is still no set confirmation on the prices of the Two gift boxes, players just need to keep a lookout for any new updates in-game. The two gift boxes include the following items:

Final Thoughts
Skins and Cosmetics have been quite different topics when it comes to Tower of Fantasy. There is still ongoing criticism of Hotta Studios regarding these cosmetics. Most of the skins in Tower of Fantasy are only obtainable through either Gacha or just straight-up buying the skins with real currency. There are very few chances of obtainable free skins and cosmetics in the game.
Indeed, cosmetics are essentially locked behind a paywall by many different games, but it is disappointing to see the high pricing of skins and the very few opportunities to even obtain skins free of charge in Tower of Fantasy.
