Tower of Fantasy, the popular Adventure RPG is all set to see the release of version 2.3 update on February 2nd, 2023. The new update which is titled “Amidst Miasma“, will introduce players to Chapter 9, which is added to the main storyline. The chapter is focused on explorations in the new Miasmic Swamp area.
Tower of Fantasy version 2.3 will feature a brand new chapter
The biggest addition in the coming is the Chapter 9 update that’ll be integrated into the main story. With the addition of the Miasmal Swamp, the players will investigate the mystery behind the area while figuring out what happened to Outpost 10 after multiple communication attempts went in vain.
The mystery behind the Miasmal Swamp is the presence of Miasma, an unhealthy vapour that deals damage to the characters. The map shown in the trailer gave a glimpse of the tropical rainforest. With a variety of plants surrounded by large rough terrains, the map looks adventurous.
Meanwhile, the team also mentioned the half-anniversary special and has teased fans to wait for the event. The half-anniversary special will feature exciting in-game rewards as confirmed by the team. However, more info is not out yet, so the fans have to wait curiously.
Popular Fire character Ruby makes her return
From January 22 to February 2nd, the pickup banner for the popular fire character Ruby and the SSR Grade weapon Spark will be live again. First released in October 2022 during the version 2.0 update, players can get their hands on the character and weapon. Both have the elemental resonance of fire, which will greatly increase combustion damage.
Ruby was also teased at the end of the trailer released by the official team. With the update all set to come, these have been in a line of interesting inclusions. With the recent version 2.2 update introducing Tian Lang and the leaks of future SSR characters, players are curious about what’s coming next.
