- UFL Mobile pre-registration now open on Android and iOS.
- Follows the recent soft launch in select regions including India and Indonesia.
- The global release date has not been confirmed yet.
UFL Football Game 2026, or in short, UFL, is now moving a step closer to a wider release, as pre-registration has officially gone live on both Android and iOS. This comes shortly after the soft launch on Android in select regions for Strikerz Inc. and XTEN LIMITED’s football experience.
The soft launch left a lot of promise as UFL Mobile’s release anticipations grow
The game itself isn’t new. It was first revealed back in Gamescom 2021 and has already launched on PC and consoles. The mobile version has been in talks for a while, and now it finally looks like it’s getting ready for a proper global rollout.
UFL is going for a skill-first football experience. You build your club, set tactics, and compete in football matches. Something that I’ve noticed is that the game is trying to move away from the usual pay-heavy systems and focus more on how you actually play.
I did try the soft launch for a while, and it was actually fun to play. The controls felt responsive most of the time, and I didn’t run into much input delay, which is usually the first thing I notice. Passing and player movement felt decent enough and had good potential to improve.
On the visuals side, it looks pretty good if you bump up the settings. It was not perfect, though; ball physics felt a bit off at times, and a few things still seem unfinished. But for a soft launch build, it was in a good place. You can read my complete first impressions article if you like.
Now, you can pre-register via the Google Play Store and App Store from any region and keep an eye out for further updates. That said, there’s still no confirmed global launch date yet, although the expected release date is May 22, 2026, as per the store listing, so for now, we wait.
