Philipp Stollenmayer (kamibox), known for PBJ – The Musical, and more, has announced the launch of his new pseudo-scientific Bacon adventure title, Bacon in Zane, now available on iOS. This is a sequel to the beloved casual title, Bacon – The Game, arriving 8 years after the original came out.
Experience a bizarre bacon gameplay concept that is somehow very fun
So, Bacon in Zane is a casual and weirdly mouth-watering sequel that brings more surprises. Now, the whole concept is pretty wild, since you’re guiding a piece of bacon through the human body while controlling things like bacteria, breathing, and even brain signals with just your fingertip.
Yes, it is definitely weird, and I’m not denying it, but it also gets pretty fun once you try it. Here, each stage has you searching for exits as you unlock some questionable edible extras. And I totally didn’t expect there to be a competitive side, as you can race your friends through the body.
Overall, I found the game really intriguing and enjoyable with its anatomically incorrect gameplay, and for some reason the dev added soundtrack made from his body noises. Yeah besides all the weird stuff, you can also take part in the treasure event in-game to win a refurbished iPhone 13 Mini Rosé with themed Zane artwork. You can read this for more info on the hunt.
Bacon in Zane is now available on iOS, and you can go ahead and download the game via the App Store. While the game is free, you get ads or you can spend $0.99 this week to remove them entirely.
