The upcoming free v1.5 update for the vampire-less vampire game Vampire Survivors was revealed during the PC Gaming event and will go live tomorrow. The latest v1.5 update welcomes players to the chaotic new Astral Stair level, where flying paintings, the new Goldfinger pick-up (defeat a lot of enemies quickly and win prizes! )
The update also brings a gameshow-like spinning wheel that initiates random events (reminder: in Twitch mode on PC, viewers can also vote on the results, good luck streamers), half-a new character, a new game mode, relics, achievements, and much more.
Vampire Survivors v1.5 update brings exciting new content
The following new content will be available in the game:
- 6 New Achievements
- New Stage: Astral Stair
- The new stage Astral Stair presents players with overwhelming chaos as well as a few surprises. It features seemingly infinite corridors, flying paintings, and a gameshow-style rotating wheel that causes unexpected events.
- New Character & Weapons Evolutions
- Character Yatta Cavallo can change into a new form. This will transform their existing attack, Cherry Bomb, into a new one.
- New Relic: Trisection
- “Randomise Minute Events” is a brand-new game mode option. It also includes a rotating wheel in the corner of the screen that determines what enemy waves and other misfortunes your hero will face next and initiates special events every minute. You’ll need luck, so good luck!
- Reminder: There is a Twitch feature for PC that allows users to vote on the upcoming event and either make sure their favorite streamers have a nice time or completely wreck it. We don’t pass judgment. Trisection cannot be used in Twitch mode because it essentially performs the same function.
- New Relic: Chaos Rosalia
- As Yatta Cavallo reaches level 80, she can change into a different form.
- New Relic: Map of Astral Stair
- A map of the new stage.
- New Pickup: GoldFinger
- Achieving a Golden, Devil, or even Cosmic finger rank would need certain qualifications. This pick-up initiates a unique event that grants your character strength and invincibility for a predetermined period. During GoldFinger time, the more foes you eliminate, the higher your score and reward.
Vampire Survivors v1.5 update will launch on Steam, Xbox, and mobile devices on the 12th of June.
