Feral Interactive has today announced that XCOM 2 Collection will release on Android along with exciting features on July 13th, 2021. After years under crushing alien rule, resistance fighters have now gathered on Android to take the battle to their oppressors. Striking back with explosive guerrilla tactics and cutting-edge technology, these newly mobilized forces aim to reclaim Earth and create a better future for humanity.
A powerful command interface – engineered for mobile – is available to plan missions before deploying soldiers into battle. Once on the ground, players will find combat controls tailored for Android devices, with gesture controls to scout the battlefield and touch screen commands to coordinate assaults. With units ranging from devastating Grenadiers to tech-savvy Specialists, armed with a mix of advanced human and adapted alien weaponry, the global resistance comes fully equipped for a planetary showdown.
XCOM 2 Collection for Android delivers the full XCOM 2: War of the Chosen experience, including its four DLC packs:

The XCOM 2 Collection requires Android 9 or later. You will need at least 8.5GB of free space to download and install the game and all of its content, and it is recommended to have at least 17GB of free space to avoid installation issues. The following devices support XCOM 2 Collection, and you will be unable to play the game if your device does not belong to the list.

If your device is not listed above but you are still able to purchase XCOM 2 Collection, your device is capable of running the game but is not officially supported. And remember. devices that are not capable of running XCOM 2 Collection are blocked beforehand from purchasing it.
Initially, the game opens up in selected countries only. Few selected regions including China, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, South Sudan, Syria, and Venezuela miss out on the game’s official launch on Android. There has been no news from the devs on the availability of the game in these regions. The game supports English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish and comes with a premium one-time cost without any IAPs of £23.99 / $24.99 / €27,99 for each of its four DLC packs. X Com 2 Collection has already launched on iOS last year and now with its Android release you can head over to either of your respective App Stores or Google Play to enjoy the game.
