Wanda Cinema Games’ Xeno Warpath soft launches on Android with MMORTS tower defense appeal

You control the fate of all four major factions!

Story Highlights
  • Xeno Warpath is built on Unreal Engine 4, blending alien exploration, real-time combat, and faction-based warfare.
  • The game offers instant builds, no pay-to-win elements, classic RTS combat, a Mech Transformation system, and more.
  • The soft launch is now live in Canada, the US, Brazil, Australia, and several parts of Europe and Latin America, but there is details on iOS release.

Wanda Cinema Games, the team behind Doomsday Survivor: Zombie War and the upcoming TRANSFORMERS: Eternal War, has announced the soft launch of their new sci-fi MMO strategy title, Xeno Warpath, now available on Android in select regions like the US, Brazil, Australia, and more.

Lead one of the four factions as you battle the Swarm

If you’re craving for some RTS and tower defense action, Xeno Warpath, a sci-fi MMO strategy, is here to fulfil that, powered by Unreal Engine 4. Lore-wise, the war for the fate of the galaxy has now started, placing you in the shoes of a Commander, who is holding the fate of the four great factions.

And as for gameplay, you get to pick from the four factions and head into alien worlds while fending off the Swarm across a dynamic battlefield. And if you’re someone like me with a low patience level, don’t worry, as builds and upgrades happen instantly, and the best part? There’s no pay-to-win system.

Players can command their fleet and build defense at the same time while exploring new planets each season

There was a time when I enjoyed these RTS tower defence titles, like Nightfall: Kingdom Frontier TD. And even though the genre is not my go-to right now, I would still like to try it, as commanding a fleet in real time while building defense does sound fun to me. Btw, don’t confuse this with Xeno Command from ChillyRoom.

If I give an overall, you can surely check it out, especially since it’s free, and each new season brings a different uncharted planet with new enemies, fresh resources, and a unique core gameplay mechanic. Moreover, you can also switch your fleet between different forms, from long range to close combat.

Play

Xeno Warpath is now available in soft launch on Android in Canada, the US, Brazil, Australia, Colombia, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Puerto Rico, Spain, and the UK. So, if you’re from these regions, you can download the game via the Google Play Store. However, iOS users will have to wait for it.
