New Blood Interactive has announced their dungeon crawler RPG, Dungeons of DUSK, launching on Android, iOS, PC, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PlayStation 5 in 2026. Developed by 68k Studios, it is based on the cult classic FPS, and a PC demo is coming soon.
Step back into the DUSK universe for a dungeon-crawling experience
Fans of DUSK, the acclaimed first-person shooter by David Szymanski, have a lot to look forward to with Dungeons of DUSK. This new title is set canonically between the original episodes and now lets you enjoy a classic turn-based dungeon-crawling experience.
Now, if you’ve not played the original, it is a standout shooter that is inspired by legends like DOOM, Quake, and more. And you can try the three hand-crafted campaign episodes filled with mystical backwater cultists, possessed militants, and even darker forces, in which this new one takes place.
Dive into a 30-level campaign, try diverse modes, and face new and familiar enemies
Coming back to the game, you’ll get to try a 30-level campaign, where you’ll meet NPCs, upgrade your character, and find out more about the eerie world. Also, as someone who has grown up on the DOOM series and Half-Life, I’m quite eager to dive back into this universe, now in a slower, turn-based setting.
Moreover, the game modes also seem quite promising. Like the Endless Arena mode and Boss Rush Mode both sound intense, but the survival mode is the one that caught my attention. I mean, we’ll get to shoot these new and familiar enemies with dual Desert Eagles and such, so it will surely be enjoyable.
Dungeons of DUSK is launching on Android, iOS, PC, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PlayStation 5 in 2026. The game listing is not yet available on the app stores, so stay tuned for more updates. Meanwhile, PC players can start wishlisting it on Steam.
