A new upcoming hero, Hirara, has finally been released on the MLBB Advanced Server with the latest Patch Update. The release would imply she will be the 133rd Hero in Mobile Legends. This new Assassin hero is very unique, as she combines her two different weapons to make powerful combos on the battlefield. So, without further ado, let us check out all one should expect from the upcoming new hero, Hirara, in MLBB.
Mobile Legends Hirara: Hero Overview
The new upcoming hero, Hirara, is a Assassin role hero with a wide array of skill sets, bringing Versatility to the battlefield. We will be breaking down Hirara’s skills as observed from the Advanced Server.
Abilities
Passive: Twin Fans: Ukifune
- Hirara wields Kaerazu (Skill 1) and Meisen-e (Skill 2). You can drag one skill onto the other to cast a Combo Skill.
- Hirara has 4 stacks of Crimson/Death Energy. Casting Skill 1 or 2 consumes 1 Crimson/Death Energy, while casting a Combo Skill consumes 2. Her Energy fully recovers after 4s (casting skills interrupts the recovery).
- When you cast skills with Kaerazu and Meisen-e, it apply Crimson and Death marks to non-minion enemies, respectively. Enemies marked with both are immobilized for 0.8 seconds.
- You won’t benefit from Cooldown Reduction. Instead, it reduces the energy recovery time of Crimson/Death.
First Skill: Kaerazu
With this, you use Kaerazu to unleash a crimson sweep, dealing Physical Damage to enemies in a fan-shaped area. After a short delay, you deal damage again at the target location, dealing 2 times the initial damage.
Combo First Skill: Infernal Torrent
You merge Kaerazu into Meisen-e to cast a Combo Skill and dash in the target direction and spin, dealing lots of Physical Damage. After a short delay, you’ll deal damage again, which is two times the initial damage.
Second Skill: Mesisen-e
With this, you use the power of Meisen-e to dash in the target direction, dealing Physical Damage to enemies hit. You can also dash a second time, dealing extra Physical Damage to surrounding enemies.
Combo Second Skill: Falling Maple
You’ll merge Meisen-e into Kaerazu to cast a Combo Skill and become untargetable and immobilized for up to a second, which you can also cancel. When the effect ends, she deals lots of Physical Damage, and lets you dash twice, dealing extra Physical Damage to enemies hit.
Third Skill – Forbidden Jutsu: Momijigari
You unleash the power of her Twin Fans: Ukifune, gaining a burst of Movement speed that decays over a second. Her max Crimson/Death Energy is increased to 6 in the next 10 seconds. Each kill or assist during this period extends the duration by 4 seconds.
MLBB Hirara: Skill Analysis and Hero Overview
Judging from her skills, Hirara is a pretty strong Assassin with a versatile stray of combos granting sustain, CC, damage, and mobility. Besides having abilities with unbelievably low cooldown, the energy required for casting her abilities isn’t too difficult to trigger. Thus, making Hirara a powerful foe to battle from the battlefield. Using the above Skill info, let’s analyze the new hero Hirara’s skills.
Hirara’s Passive ability is the main showcase of the hero, as it allows you to combine her abilities to make powerful Combos. This is different from the normal ability combo, since Hirara will actually be merging her First and Skill to trigger a combo. This new interesting interaction can be achieved by dragging either the first skill button onto the second skill button or vice versa.
Another interesting thing to note about Hirara is the Energy consumption of her abilities. Compared to other Heroes like Fanny and Nolan, her Energy consumption is slightly more better and efficient even without buffs.
By analyzing Hirara’s main skills, you would realize that her first skill is a good damage source. It is great for AOE Attacks, especially when surrounded by enemies. This skill becomes even more powerful when she combines it.
Another interesting thing to note is that right from Level 2, you can make a Combo Skill adding a nice boost to your burst damage output. Moving into Hirara’s second skill, it provides a nice addition of damage and mobility. With her Second Combo Skill delivering a nice addition of untargetability to the battlefield, making it harder for enemies to take her down especially when timed well.
Lastly, Hirara’s Ultimate ability delivers a large boost to Hirara’s offensive, allowing her to cast her combos easily with the increased Energy Meter. This is crucial especially during teamfights making her incredibly deadly ok the battlefield.
How could Hirara hold up against the current meta
On analyzing Hirara abilities, I found her as a very powerful assassin hero capable of dealing lots of burst damage within a short period. Unlike other Energy Dependent hero, her Energy consumption is still manageable even without Purple Buff. This might also mean she might be seen in the EXP Lane as a Damage Fighter.
Regardless, she’s a combo-dependent hero implying you’ve to master your combos and ability timing to get the best of her. Nonetheless, Hirara doesn’t seem to be an overly complicated or difficult hero to master. Just that, she currently can’t go head to head with tough Tanky and Sustain heroes like Yu Zhong and Sora.
When will Hirara release in the MLBB Original Server
As Hirara’s hero concept is live and currently being tested in the advanced server. She’d be releasing in the next 3 months, which sets her for a June 2026 release schedule.
