In this Mobile Legends guide, we will take a look at the best emblem, spell, and build, including tips and tricks to dominate every game with Fanny.

So make sure to check these hero guides as well. For now, let’s focus on Fanny.

Skill Analysis

Fanny has three skills in total. One of her main feature skills is the skill named Steel Cable. This skill can be entitled as the most showcasing unique skill of the game. Fanny can swing using the walls and other obstacles by Steel Cable. Also, this skill can be spammed multiple times. Users can spam the skill before it reset down again. Thus multiple cables can be seen up to 7-8. More the cable, more the opportunity to do amazing gameplays.

Hence, the user must keep in mind that fast and more cables will only better the performance. On top of that, it will help to mark squishy heroes easily and escape tough situations. In addition, the cabling will cost a lot of energy so the user must hit enemies to keep the energy healthy. The other two skills are useful for bursting down the enemies. Lastly, the passive will increase her damage by stacking marks on the enemies. In this Mobile Legends guide, we will also talk about the skills to use in certain scenarios as well as skill combos to be able to play Fanny to his maximum potential.

Passive – Air Superiority (Buff)

According to her flying speed, Fanny’s damage while flying is increased by 15% to 30% and leaves a Prey Mark on the target (Stack up to 2 times). For Each stack of Prey Mark, the target has, Fanny, regens 10 energy when she deals damage to it. (Energy regen effect decays if she deals damage to multiple enemy heroes in a short time.)

Skill 1 – Tornado Strike (AoE)

CD – 3.5/3.3/3.1/2.9/2.7/2.5

Fanny whirls her blade, dealing 320-520 (+80% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to nearby enemies.

Skill 2 – Steel Cable (Charge)

CD – 0.0

Fanny throws out a cable that draws her to the first obstacle that it touches. Each successive use of this skill within 2 seconds decreases its energy cost by 2 and changes her flying direction. If energy is sufficient and she hits an enemy while flying, Tornado Strike will be triggered.

Ultimate Skill – Cut Throat (Burst, Blink)

CD – 35.0/30.0/25.0

Fanny initiates a quick attack on an enemy, dealing 500-860 (+240% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage. Each stack of Prey Mark of enemies will increase her damage by 20%.

Skill-up method for Fanny

Fanny deals the finishing blow with her ultimate. Thus it is the most important skill to be upgraded whenever possible. Then secondly the first skill, Tornado Strike should be updated. As the other skill is cabling, it should be the least prioritized skill to upgrade.

Emblem Setup

For Fanny, we can use the Custom Fighter Emblem. Fanny’s two skills can trigger Spell Vamp, as a result, this emblem will help Fanny regen life while she’s swinging through multiple enemies. Also, the extra physical attack and penetration will be a bonus to slay enemies easier. As the Custom Fighter emblem gives a large number of HP stat, Fanny will be more sustainable in fights with this emblem.

  • Bravery (+3)
  • Invasion (+3)
  • Festival of Blood

Bravery will provide extra physical attack points and Invasion will increase the penetration number. Festival of Blood gives Fanny an extra 8% spell vamp. Also, if Fanny secures a kill she’ll receive a +1% spell vamp. A total of 12% extra spell vamp is available for Fanny with this emblem. This setup is preferred by almost every Fanny player around the globe. With this emblem build, Fanny can consistently regen HP if she can spam her cable against the enemies.

Battle Spells

Fanny needs a lot of energy to keep fighting in the match. Thus there is no alternative to picking Retribution. The Purple buff is a must for heroes like Fanny, else she won’t be able to fight for much longer.

Best Builds for Fanny in Mobile Legends

Fanny is highly known for the HP regen while swinging between multiple enemies. Also, her Ulitmate can knock out enemy squishy comps in a blink. So spell vamp and ambush items are core stuff for Fanny. After building the basic damage items Fanny can go to tanky items to sustain in fights. The build should be taken according to the enemy hero and their itemizations.

In the early stage only, damage items are suggested as Fanny is very good from early to mid-game. After the mid-game, she slowly starts to fall short. Thus to make the most out of her insane reaping capability, early damage items are compulsory. One can try many builds on Fanny. All one needs to do is to just follow the enemy’s pick and then decide the role on the battlefield. We have set out the following template in our guide to try out with Fanny on the Mobile Legends battlefield.

Best Builds for Fanny
  • Tough Boots: Tough Boots will enable Fanny to sustain early magic damage and escape CC effects faster.
  • Blade of the Heptaseas: If Fanny takes or deals no damage within 5s, the next Basic Attack will deal extra Physical damage. This Ambus passive will let Fanny hit a high damage initiation blow. As a result, it will be easy to kill the target faster.
  • Bloodlust Axe: This item will provide a decent amount of physical attack stat and cooldown reduction for Fanny. By equipping this item, Fanny’s damage will increase in the early game and she’ll get more spell vamps from the passive of the item.
  • Antique Cuirass: It’s a very good item against physical damage dealers. It reduces the enemy’s physical attack when taking damage and also stacks up to 3 times. Fanny can swing and enable the item’s passive to sustain longer in late-game fights.
  • Malefic Roar: If enemies think they can be safe by buying armor then Malefic Roar will surely punish them. It reduces enemy armor by providing Physical Penetration and also carries a decent amount of Physical Attack itself.
  • Athena’s Shield: Athena’s Shield can be a prominent item for Fanny as she is very squishy and weak to burst magic damage. Keeping this item against a high magic damage enemy will certainly be helpful. This item can save her from heroes like Eudora, Aurora, etc.

Rose Gold Meteor and Immortality can be spare items for Fanny. Rose Gold Meteor will save Fanny from sudden bursting down and will be upfront as a second chance for the user. Against heavy magic damage, this item will be helpful as it provides decent physical attack attributes too. Immortality can give a second life to Fanny and it can easily turn the match as Fanny can spell vamp then regen HP in seconds. Also, Fanny can easily escape by using cables after the resurrection.

Mobile Legends Fanny Gameplay Tips

Fanny has been a signature hero for MLBB. A little surfing on the internet about the hero and thousands of montages can be found of some insane gameplay. A good Fanny can snowball the enemies hard but a bad Fanny is nothing but a burden for the team. As Fanny is one of the toughest heroes in the game, she needs a mountain amount of practicing to be mastered.

Every regular player has faced that one monster Fanny who destroyed the team. To do so, a Fanny player must be good enough and focus on some main critical points such as cabling, buff timing, kill execution and gank timing. In each stage of the match, there are some crucial works to be done for the Fanny users. Fanny needs a lot of energy which means the Purple buff is a must for her.

Players must use Fanny’s passive to deal the extra damage and then follow that up by ultimate and first skill. When fighting near walls, cable spamming is a mandatory technique needed to be learned by a Fanny user. So all these potentialities should be used properly to outperform the enemy with Fanny. However, a player must need a good understanding of the map to bring the best out of any hero. According to her gameplay, we can break it down into three phases. Our Mobile Legends Fanny guide includes the perfect game plan for the early, mid, and late game.

Early Game

In the early part of the match, initially take the Purple buff at any cost. Because without the buff Fanny won’t be able to join any skirmishes properly. As Fanny is an early to mid-game baller, try to pick up an early fight after reaching Lvl. 4. If the user accidentally misses out on the Purple buff then the wise decision will be to wait until the next respawn and avoid unnecessary fights.

Try to avoid the counter heroes and focus on the enemy’s mage or marksman. Do not die a lot in the early phase as a low-farmed Fanny can’t do much in any stage of the game. Try to secure kills whenever a low HP enemy is seen. Be careful of the enemy team stun heroes such as Eudora, Khufra, Saber, etc.

Mid Game

In the middle phase of the game focus on the objectives and farming. Try to stay ahead in gold as much as possible. Take fight whenever the enemy is beside a wall, as Fanny can swing almost unlimited times between enemies. Always focus on the back-lane squishy heroes.

If any initiation goes wrong and cable is missed accidentally it’ll be better to decline that initiation. If possible try to cable in and steal enemy Purple to keep the energy bar healthy for the long run. In mid-game Fanny shines the most, so the user will be able to pick kills and make a mammoth gold difference.

Late Game

The more the game runs into a later phase the more Fanny will seem fragile. The enemy team will take anti-heal items and other defensive measures to stop Fanny. Also, the squishy heroes will pick up their item counters for Fanny.

So users must look out for the perfect opportunity. One important thing to keep in mind for Fanny is that she is very squishy herself. Hence, build defense items according to the enemy team composition. After the early damage items, Fanny can easily build defensive items for her.

If your team is lagging behind in the game, try to push lanes that will keep enemies busy. Combo with your team and take out the low HP heroes. Escape from tight situations and re-engage by using cables. In a sum, take the advantage of Fanny by rotating swiftly all the time.

Final Thoughts

Even though over the years there have been many counter hero releases for Fanny such as Khufra, Minsitthar, Saber, etc but after all that Fanny is still running riot when in good hands. Fanny can easily dive into the enemy formation swiftly and lethally. She can take out the opponent marksman or mage in a second. Fanny is very tricky to use but once the user gets used to the cable part and learns the nuances of her skills, Fanny becomes a ferocious assassin on the battlefield.

Fanny is such a breathtaking hero yet she is scarcely picked in the professional scene. The reason might be this large number of hard counter heroes of her. Even after being such a hard hero to play, Fanny is super fun to control for everyone. The demand and the popularity of Fanny will never fall a single drop as she is a loving face in the Land of Dawn.

An excellent pick for rank games, Fanny is definitely a good pick for the current meta. These tips will surely help you to guide easy wins with Fanny in Mobile Legends. You can also refer to our latest tier list to know more about the revamped meta heroes in this current season.
