After Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Wild Rift SEA Icon Series: Preseason has kicked off once again in Singapore and the champions of the recently-concluded tournament were announced on March 28th, 2021. Sweden-based Esports team, Alliance has won the League of Legends Wild Rift SEA Icon series: Preseason- Singapore, by defeating Impunity by 3-0 in the finals. With this win, Alliance has pocketed prize money of $2500. Wild Rift SEA Icon Series: Preseason Singapore is the official tournament for the Singapore region organized by Riot Games in partnership with Eliphant, 100PLUS, and Secretlab. It had featured four invited teams including Alliance, Big Dirty Golems, Team Sequence, and Impunity who fought against each other for a prize pool of $5000.

Earlier in the tournament, Alliance had defeated Big Dirty Golems and Impunity had defeated Team Sequence. The finals were the best of three (BO3) where Alliance had battled it out against Impunity. The champion team, Alliance was trained by John Lim and the squad included Cwj, SSK, Kryonics, Raven, and Rich. They had kept their cool from the start of the game, but Impunity also tried too hard to come out of their clutch. The effort was not up to the mark as Orianna CwJ wiped off everybody from Impunity in the last moments of the game.

After the tournament got over, Team Impunity took home $1,250 for finishing second. Team Sequence and Big Dirty Golems won $750 and $500 respectively.

League of Legends: Wild Rift South East Asia Icon Series: Preseason is one of the first official championships organized by Riot Games in association with regional partners. Apart from Singapore, the tournament was also played in Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Indonesia. The champion teams from these regions will get the opportunity to participate in Wild Rift SEA Icon Series: Summer Season.
