Attack All Around wins the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2022 Sentosa

EVOS Phoenix could not defend their title!

The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2022 Sentosa Grand Finals just finished, with Thai team Attack All Around emerging as the champion. In their six games, the team scored a total of 92 points. The event was full of suspense and unexpected turns all throughout.

Free Fire fans were finally able to feast their eyes on a final that covered every facet that a final should cover. The champion team of the Free Fire World Series 2021, EVOS Phoenix, was only one point behind the title team. As a result, the team came in second place in the competition and finished as Runners-Up.

The opening game of FFWS was tense, with teams attacking hard to maintain a foothold against their opponents. Vivo Keyd, a Brazilian behemoth, put forth a strong performance and won the BOOYAH. However, they only managed to achieve 16 points, while the winner and second-place finisher in the first match, Attack All Around, came out on top with 19 total points, leading the scoreboard from the start.

The champs remained constant throughout the six matches in the final. The squad finished all of its matches in the top five. Third place in round two earned them another 12 points, allowing them to maintain their lead, and they won a BOOYAH in their fourth encounter. After all six rounds, they have a total of 92 points, which is enough to earn them the trophy.

Attack All Around received the lion’s share of the prize money

The prize pool for the event was a whopping $2,000,000. The champion team Attack All Around took home a half-million-dollars prize for winning. The runner-up, EVOS Phoenix, received $250,000, while the third-placed team received $100,000. The MVP of the tournament was JLXNOKILL from the champion Attack All Around.

18 teams gathered in Sentosa, Singapore, before the grand finals with their sights set on the FFWS trophy. The top four teams from the play-ins round joined the eight directly invited teams in the grand finals. The event begins on the 14th of May and concludes today.
