Her full name is Lucyna “Lucy” Kushinada. Lucy is a spectro DPS resonator with a pistol as her main weapon. This five-star resonator will be available in the first phase of the upcoming 3.4 update. She’s a part of the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collab, and so probably won’t have a rerun. She damages with heavy attack and performs liberation to damage even more, buffing her basic attack.

Nightmare: Adam Smasher: If the equipping character is Lucy or Rebecca, Crit Rate increased by 15%, and the Echo Skill will be replaced with a corresponding special effect based on the equipping character. If the equipping character is Lucy, the Echo Skill is replaced with: Short Press: Press the Echo Skill to deal 273.60% Spectro DMG to surrounding enemies. Long Press: Hold the Echo Skill to deal 273.60% Spectro DMG to surrounding enemies.
