Clash of Clans begins the 2026 esports year with two major announcements: the World Championship and the Town Hall Cups. Supercell is claiming this year’s events will be bigger, bolder, and built for rising warriors! As we’ll be keeping watching how it goes for the league, the scheduled time to kick off the event is on the 26th of June.
The event will be available for players competing in three different TH levels: Town Hall 9, Town Hall 12, or Town Hall 15. On the other hand, the World Championship will be based on Town Hall 18. This article will cover all the revealed information about the event so far.
Clash of Clans Town Hall Cups 2026: Schedule and Format
This year, Supercell has made the system easier so that more players can jump in. The squads will be smaller to ensure faster coordination and a high-intensity clash. Here’s how it looks:
- TH9: 2v2
- TH12: 3v3
- TH15: 3v3
The Town Hall Cups will be based on four stages: 3x Monthly Qualifiers, China Regional Qualifier, Last Chance Qualifier, and one Final showdown. The monthly qualifier will begin with the ladder stage, where teams will compete for 20 matches, earning points to climb higher.
When the ladder closes, only the top 128 teams with the highest point totals advance to the Monthly Qualifier Bracket. The monthly qualifier bracket will feature double-elimination bracket matches, where each match is a do-or-die. When the bracket concludes, only the top 8 teams remain.

The monthly finals will also feature a double-elimination bracket. When the dust settles, the top 2 teams secure their place at the Town Hall Cup Finals. Thus, a total of six finalists will advance to the Town Hall Cup Finals.
There will be a separate event for China. One elite squad will rise from the China Regional Qualifier to claim their place at the Town Hall Cup Finals. The Last Chance Qualifier will feature teams that couldn’t reach the top 128 during the Monthly Qualifiers. They compete in a double-elimination bracket for the final remaining seat at the Town Hall Cup Finals.
The last line between a team and the trophy will be the Grand Finals. Eight elite teams will battle for the title as they will fight in an 8-team double-elimination bracket. The last standing team will be crowned the 2026 Town Hall Cup World Champions.
Prize Pool
The 2026 Town Hall Cups feature an increased $70,000 prize pool, spread across TH9, TH12, and TH15 divisions. Now, a breakdown of the prize pool is as follows:
| Town Hall Season | Prize Pool |
