Mobile Legends: RRQ Akira are the champions of MPL-BR Season 3

The grand finale of Mobile Legends Professional League MPL-BR Season 3 saw RRQ Akira win the coveted championship title and the majority of the $30,000 prize money as champions of the tournament! They’ll continue on to the M4 World Championships, which are scheduled for Jakarta. Esports Charts reports that over 20,000 people watched the finals at its peak. The previous record for the regional competition held in Sao Paulo was set last year, and this is a new record.

MPL-BR Season 3: RRQ Akira and their journey through the grand finals

The best-of-seven series (BO7) was won by RRQ Akira, who outscored DreamMax 4-1. They were strong favourites to win according to their performance during the Regular Season. DreamMax put on a fantastic performance throughout the finals with surprise reversals and wise picks, but they were unable to overcome RRQ Akira’s overpowering strength and thorough understanding of the hero pool.

From January 1 through January 16, the champions will fly to Jakarta for the M4 World Championships, where they will compete for the USD 800,000 prize pool and the distinction of being the finest Mobile Legends: Bang Bang team.

RRQ Akira will be competing on a global scale for the first time, competing against formidable opponents including their Indonesian rivals RRQ Hoshi, ONIC ID, and Blacklist International. Blacklist International was another team mentioned by RRQ Akira as one they’d like to compete against in the forthcoming global championship.
