PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021, the biggest esports tournament of PUBG Mobile with a massive prize pool of $1.5 million with Nova Esports from China crowned as the champion of PMGC 2021. They have won a whopping $600k as the prize money after being crowned as the champions.
The previous and the first-ever champions of PMGC were also Nova Esports and they defended their crown pretty easily. Nova Esports won the PMGC finals with domination, while the team of Natus Vincere came second followed by Team Nigma Galaxy, who came 3rd.
The point difference between Nova and NaVi was 47, which clearly shows the domination level of the defending champions. The point difference between the 2nd and 3rd placed team was 9. Both the teams won $300k and $150k as the prize money respectively.
PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 Finals: As it happened
PMGC is the biggest esports event of PUBG Mobile with a gigantic prize pool of $1.5 million. Champions of different regional tournaments participated in the ultimate showdown. It was a three-day-long tournament where each of the 16 teams played a total of 18 matches.
The finals took place on the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd of January, 2022. It was a semi-LAN event due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Teams played from the gaming centers of Dubai and Singapore. Team GodLike participated in the PMGC from India by playing Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021.
Points table
Nova Esports from China ended up as the champions of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 by a whopping gap of 47 points, as they finished with 222 points. Team Natus Vincere from Ukraine came 2nd with 175 points, just beating the 3rd-placed Team Nigma Galaxy by 9 points.
There was also a big gap of 16 points between the 3rd and 4th-placed teams. Team GodLike from India finished at the 13th spot with 106 points in which won the last match of the tournament. Big teams like Alpha 7 esports and Team team Secret failed to perform according to their standards, as they were ranked at 9 and 12 respectively in the overall points table.

Order from Nova Esports topped the individual finisher leaderboard followed by Nova Paraboy and Frozen from team Kaos Next Ruya (NRx).

Once again Order from team Nova Esports bagged the title of the MVP in the grand finals of PMGC 2021, winning an amount of $10,000 as the prize money.
