Nova eSports, the world’s one of the biggest and most successful eSports organization now has partnered with GodLike eSports, the current PUBG Mobile Club Open Spring Split 2020 India champions. From the last few days, Team GodLike’s leader and owner Chetan Changude a.k.a GodLKrontenBTC was giving many hints about this partnership on his streams. the players of Godlike were also giving hints about this news. Also, NovaKing, a YouTube streamer and a competitive player from the team PowerHouse leaked the news on his stream, before the official announcement. The Nova eSports also posted a teaser on their social media handles some days ago, saying that they are coming to India. Today, both Kronten and Nova eSports announced officially about this merge on their social media handles.

Will there be Roster changes?

After the departure of GiLL, few changes were made to the main roster, also the previous clan tag is changed now. The new clan tag will be – Nova|GodL.

What is Nova eSports?

Nova eSports is an eSport organization based in Hong-kong, founded by Anthony Yeung, Francis Chan, Trevor, and Richard. Nova eSports won Clash Royale League World Finals in 2018. They registered themselves as an eSport organization in September 2016. Currently, the organization is having rosters of many multiplayer games like Brawl Stars, PUBG Mobile, Arena Of Valor, FIFA etc.

Nova eSports’ first official PUBG Mobile tournament was PUBG Mobile Star Challenge 2018. After that, they participated in PUBG Mobile Club Open, became the champions of the PMCO Wildcard region 2019, and came 6th in the PMCO Spring Split 2019 global finals.

GodLike is an Indian PUBG Mobile eSports organization. This organization is owned by Chetan Sanjay Changude a.k.a Kronten, who is India’s one of the biggest YouTube streamers with around 1.8M subscribers. GodLike is the reigning PMCO Spring Split 2020 India Champions. They came 3rd in the PMSC 2019, they were also the finalists of PMCO Fall Split 2019 India. They came 7th in the PMPL South Asia 2020 Finals, and have clinched a PMWL 2020 berth. GodLike are the current champions of one of the biggest charity events, Gamers Without Borders, where they won and donated 250K USD to the International Medical Corps (IMC).
