Being a part of the Honor of Kings esports regions, the Philippines is ready to welcome the year 2026 with open arms. As the esports roadmap showed, the Philippines Kings League (PKL) Spring 2026 is ready to take place from February to March this year.
Unlike the other country events that serve as a qualifier for the upcoming World Cup in mid-year, this one is different both in terms of prize pool and platform.
The action MOBA event will be organized by Level Infinite and TiMi Studios jointly. The champion team will receive a direct qualification ticket to the global stage. PKL Spring 2026 will take place offline, where the teams will clash against each other.
Philippines Kings League (PKL) Spring 2026: Schedule and Format
This is going to be the third edition of the championship series. Unlike last year’s edition, we will see two more teams this year. The event will embrace a Bo5 for the Regular Season and a Bo7 Playoffs system.
The beginning of the tournament will be marked by the initiation of the Group Stage. It will open the event and will have a run till mid-March. All the teams will play a single round-robin match style, followed by a BO5 format. The top two teams will advance to the Playoffs, and the next four will compete in the Play-Ins. This stage will see the application of Global Ban Pick Rules.
The Play In stage will take place on the 22nd of March, and it will consist of a single match BO7 format with Ultimate Battle mode applied. The teams will be seeded by rank order, and two winners will advance to the Upper Bracket; losers will be placed in the Lower Bracket for the Playoffs.

The Playoffs and final stage of the event will commence between the 27th of March and the 29th. It will feature a double-elimination bracket involving six teams. All the matches will be BO7 with Ultimate Battle.
