The PMGC Survival Stage, which marked the halfway point of the competition, saw 24 of the top PUBG Mobile teams in the world, including FaZe Clan, VAMPIRE ESPORTS, and HVVP, relegated to just 16 after the PMGC Last Chance stage’s preliminary round. Top 16 teams progress to the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2022 Last Chance Stage
For TEM Entertainment, Geekay Esports, Box Gaming, 4Rivals, Skylights Gaming, POWR Esports, FaZe Clan, and Vivo Keyd in the 2022 PMGC, the Survival Stage was the end of the road. HVVP, LGD GAMING, VAMPIRE ESPORTS, Bacon Time, iNCO Gaming, Alpha 7 Esports, DRS Gaming, IHC Esports, REJECT, GAME-LORD, Titan Gaming, BESIKTAS ESPORTS, DWG KIA, Agonxi8 Esports, Bigetron Red Aliens, and Nigma Galaxy are among the teams that advanced in the competition and make up the roster for the penultimate stage.
The PMGC Last Chance will see more eliminations than any other round in the competition, so the stakes have never been higher. Only five of the 16 teams that will compete will be able to advance to the PMGC Grand Finals. Fans of the PMGC Last Chance will be paying close attention to teams like HVVP, winners of the 2022 PUBG Mobile Pro League European Championship Fall, and Vampire Esports, champions of the 2022 PUBG Mobile World Invitational. The PMGC Grand Finals are slated to take place from January 6–8, 2023 in Jakarta, Indonesia. There will be 16 teams competing on the stage for a piece of the $4,000,000 USD prize pool. The 16 PMGC Grand Finals teams are made up of 2 globally invited teams, 5 teams who qualified through the PMGC Last Chance Stage, and 9 teams from the PMGC Group Stage.
