The finals of the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Europe Spring 2023, also known as PMPL Europe Spring 2023 are almost upon us with just one mere week of league games remaining before the culmination of this tournament by Tencent. The tournament is up and going as of now and two of its three Super Weekends and everything has been coming together fine as of now. Let us cover the PMPL Europe Spring 2023 tournament in detail.

PMPL Europe Spring 2023: Format

The PMPL Europe Spring 2023 will follow the same format that all other PMPLs follow worldwide, excluding the Chinese and Japanese communities. These countries follow a whole different format instead of completely relying on franchising. PMPL Europe Spring 2023 follows the proper standard Super Weekend followed by finals format.

All participating teams participate against each other on weekdays in a round-robin format. After the weekday games that act as a qualifier for the Super Weekend, the top 16 teams qualify for the weekend games, where they earn points. After 3 weeks of Super Weekends, the top 16 teams will move on to the finals, where they will be vying for the title of champion.

PUBG Mobile (PMPL) Europe Spring 2023: Participating Teams

In PMPL Europe, 20 teams will be taking part, with 12 being invited and the rest qualifying via the European Cup 2022. The list of the 20 teams is as follows:

Prize Pool

The Spring 2023 version of the PMPL for the European region will feature a six-figure prize pool worth $100,000. The prize money will be divided among the participating teams albeit not equally. The teams holding the highest ranking receive the largest share and then the share gradually decreases down the table.

Final Thoughts

The PMPL Europe Spring 2023 is well underway with the tournament beginning on March 20, 2023, and is set to end on April 30, 2023. The last phase of the league stages is set to begin very soon. After that, there will be the finals from where we will get the new European champion and the top 8 teams will qualify to the PMPL European Championship Spring 2023.
