Clash Royale has dropped a brand-new teaser hinting at what might be the next Hero arriving in the game with the next Season 84 update. As of now, all signs currently point toward Hero Tombstone being the next hero in line to make its debut.
The teaser shows glowing skeletons emerging from darkness with Hero icon hints
The teaser itself is only around seven seconds long, but it was enough to convey what was coming. The video shows multiple glowing-eyed skeletons slowly appearing from the darkness, while you can notice a glowing Hero icon on the central figure that rises from the middle of multiple shadowy creatures.
Also, if we start our game of assumptions, the visual of the skeletons appearing to be trapped or hidden inside some dark, enclosed space before emerging is worth noting. Because of that, I can guess this to be Tombstone, as skellies are “inside” it, and it is also the guess of many other players.
Adding more fuel to the theory is the fact that Hero Tombstone had reportedly appeared in older leaks earlier this year, where players noticed a Hero diamond icon attached to the Tombstone card during a Royale TV replay.
Still, all kinds of guesses are happening online. Some think this could be a Hero Witch, others are predicting a Graveyard, Skeleton Princess, Hero Skeleton Army, Hero Giant Skeleton, or even something tied to Skeleton King.
Till now, Hero cards were never a building, so there might also be the first building debut, or even maybe, a new card. Still, Hero Tombstone remains the strongest theory right now, and we now wait for the official confirmation.
The mechanics are still completely unknown at the moment, not sure how this will work or whether they will end up with another game-breaking mechanic for a hero. We’ll find out the full details in the coming weeks once the Season 84 reveals officially begin. Till then, we are in the dark, just like the skellies.
