STARS-DZ wins the Free Fire MEA ALL Stars 2023

The first Free Fire tournament of 2023 concludes!

The “Free Fire MEA All Stars” tournament, the first big Free Fire event for 2023, has been released by Garena. It allows prospective pro players to compete in the esports industry. From January 18 to February 11, 2023, hundreds of teams from the Middle East and Africa (MEA) registered for the competition. Of the 144 best teams competing in the group qualifying stage, 36 were from Egypt. The Free Fire MEA ALL Stars 2023 has concluded, with team STARS-DZ emerging as the winner.

STARS-DZ is crowned as the first champion of “Free Fire MEA All Stars”

The tournament, which has a USD $6,000 total prize pool and 1 million in-game diamonds, is a part of Garena’s initiatives to encourage the development of esports in the area. Additionally, the top 6 teams from the competition will compete in “Free Fire MEA Super Star. It is a professional team tier event taking place from February 18 to March 18, 2023. An Egyptian team will also battle for a spot in the final on March 18.

The “Free Fire MEA All-Stars” winning team, STARSDZ, expressed their joy at taking home the trophy, saying: “We are excited just to be part of Free Fire MEA All Stars, but winning the tournament gave us the motivation and determination to enter the professional esports world. We can’t wait to join the other teams for the Free Fire MEA Super Star tournament this weekend, and we are now preparing our minds and bodies to be able to give the expected performance after this win.”

Top 6 teams will compete in the “Free Fire Super Star” tournament

There were 12 competing teams from various regions of the MEA region in the final match. The teams consist of STARS-DZ and NITRO.st from Algeria and ULTRAMAN from Morocco. Additionally, teams LEGEN..MAX and DREAM T1 have its team members from Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. The top 6 teams will now compete in Free Fire Super Star against the top 18 teams from the previous Free Fire Arab League Season 6.

The first of many events for the esports community is the Free Fire Middle East and North Africa All-Stars competition. Professional and casual players can compete in the major leagues and possibly represent their countries in upcoming esports competitions.
