  • Navigate to the official help website of Battle Crush from here.
  • Once you are on the game’s official website, press the Help/Interrogation icon located at the upper right corner of the page screen.

  • This would take you to the official support/help webpage of Battle Crush where you will discover that the developer has pre-addressed some FAQs related to the game and other issues about accounts, purchases, etc., in separate tabs. You must switch over to the tab that is in line with the category of the issue that you are facing.

Submitting an Inquiry

  • In the fourth and final section, you will be asked to provide/confirm your email address for additional references.
  • Once done, tap on the Submit button to successfully raise a ticket.

The responses from the Developer team can be checked under the My Inquiries section navigable from the upper right corner of the Support webpage. If some additional response is required, the team will let you know at the email address provided by you in Section 4.
