Clash of Clans has upped its game with new updates, and I see cosmetics being one of the departments where they work hard to get the best looks for the game. Be it scenery or hero skins, they are pretty creative in every update to bring something interesting. List of Clash of Clans Royal Champion Skins released in 2024
Even though Royal Champion is the fourth and was the most recent among the four, CoC devs have been careful in getting the job done well for the skin sets. Speaking of the 2024 list, we currently have only one skin for Royal Champion that has been released. It is of Gold Pass class, with Legendary skin yet to arrive. Let’s delve into the details of each skin below.
1. Dragon Champion
- Class: Gold
- Released on: February 2024
The January 2024 Season did not see any new Champion skin getting released, but in the February 2024 season in Clash of Clans, which was themed after the Lunar New Year Event 2024, the Gold Pass season arrived with the Dragon Champion skin, with the rest three Hero skins available as well.
Speaking about the visuals, the skin maintains the basic features of the Champion, such as the shield, arrow, and attire, but it incorporates a touch of blue, giving it an icy vibe. While all the heroes in the game have a full ice theme, the Champion’s mask stands out with its vibrant colours, which blend in nicely with the overall aesthetic.
2. Space Champion
- Class: Legendary
- Released on: March 2024
The March 2024 Gold Pass season saw plenty of new skins and had a lot of average ones, to be honest. Well for me, one of the worst was the Royal Champion, and trust me, that skin looked hideous.
The Space theme isn’t very attractive by the sound of it, and the skins made sure we all loathe it. The Champion had a spacesuit but with the planet Saturn making an appearance instead of her usual spear weapon which looked super odd.
3. Egypt Champion
- Class: Legendary
- Released on: April 2024
The April 2024 Gold Pass season saw all four skins making an appearance. The Egypt skins were of mixed reactions, but the Royal Champion got a significant upgrade compared to her skin in the previous season.
Dressed like a Egyptian princess, she had her spear returned, with some gold on it making it look neat. The snake charmer Champion had no shield this time, but she looked royalty for sure from the Ancient times.
4. Football Champion
- Class: Gold
- Released on: May 2024
As soon as the Football Season featuring Erling Haaland was announced, we all knew that the skins of the May 2024 season would be Football-themed. As expected, all four Heroes got their skins released, and the Football Champion was one among them.
The skin’s theme this time again was impressive. The blues suited the Champion, and she had a great look overall, I believe she was themed after a striker, correct me if I am wrong.
5. Wild West Champion
- Class: Legendary
- Released on: June 2024
Clash of Clans went Rogue with the arrival of the Wild West season this June 2024. Along with the other three skins, the Wild West Champion made an appearance.
Now this skin was absolute fire. She looked like the fighters or the anit-hero characters from the old times, and Supercell was sure to make her stand out. The rope, the fireworks attached to the spear and the overall aesthetics, all were amazing.
6. Anime Champion
- Class: Gold
- Released on: August 2024
After missing out on a skin in the previous season, the Royal Champion did get on in August’s Anime Season, and it was featured in the Gold Pass. Well, the stakes of delivering good skin were high since Champion had been consistent in getting good skins, and Supercell didn’t disappoint.
With a dynamic, heroic pose, embodying the style and energy typical of anime characters, the Royal Champion’s skin looks fantastic. This skin gives the Champion a vibrant, anime-inspired look, with bright blue hair, a dark grey and gold outfit, and a distinctive shield, again falling into the category of the best skins this year.
When will the next CoC Royal Champion Skin release in 2024
In Clash of Clans, the release pattern for skins is pretty simple. You can usually get them in two ways: either as part of the rewards in the Gold Pass offered each season in the game, or you can buy them directly from the in-game shop. So, from the pattern I have noticed, we might be getting a Legendary skin of Royal Champion in September 2024 when the season begins.
