Clash of Clans: How to beat the Color Fest Painter King Challenge

Beat the King Challenge with easy steps!

Clash of Clans is known for providing interesting challenges to its players for maintaining their interest in facing new challenges. Once again, with the Color Fest season, many more challenges are all set to arrive. The first challenge among the four is the Painter King challenge, and many players would love to break it down and get those sweet rewards in Clash of Clans. Do not worry, as we have come up with strategies to crack down on this challenge with ease.

Introducing the Painter King Challenge in Clash of Clans

Created by the Clash of Clans content creator Clashing N Games, the base is a maxed-out Town Hall 11. The base is actually not very difficult to break down, but once again it is all about the technique and strategy you implement. The idea is to first scan the base for loopholes and then start with your attack. The mix of troops for the attack is also a great one.

Once again, the rewards aren’t very attractive, but there isn’t any loss there. Along with the extra resources that are provided, players can gain 400 XP, 20 Gems, and a Hero Potion.

The troops are preset, so you don’t have to work around with your troops much. On the bottom side of the base, you’ll find a single Air Defense, so to take it out, deploy two Rocket Balloons. Do remember that if there is a slight error in judgment, the rocket balloons might drift off course and target the Mortar or Archer Tower next to it.

After taking it down, concentrate on the top right side, where you can use your deploy your Stone Slammer to take it out. Once the sides are cleared, focus on the center of the base. Deploy two Electro Drags separated at a distance to take advantage of their area damage. This will clear out most of the buildings and for support, use a couple of Balloons.

Once the area is getting cleared and you are approaching the Eagle Artillery, deploy the Dragons and the Loons. Use the Barbarian King for support so that he can clear from the outside, and deploy him on the right so that he can take down the stronger defenses. Freeze the Air Defense and the Eagle Artillery, while you rage the Loons to take the X-Bow, Air Defense, and the Artillery.

While the defensive buildings are busy targeting the other troops, clear them out by deploying the remaining three Rocket Balloons. Meanwhile, if the ground defenses are cleared, you can put the Goblins to the test for the resource buildings with the Baby Dragons to make use of their ability. If needed, you can choose to use the King’s ability early, but we suggest doing it if it’s only needed.

The triggered-out Clan Castle troops should be Poisoned, and deploy freeze for that Tesla and Air Defense cluster. It may be a spoiled sport if you do not time this well. Do this in such a way that the Air Sweeper is also under the spell to avoid slowing down your balloons. The rest will be done by your troops and then it’ll confirm your 3-star attack.

A tip to remember is that you have to save at least two rage spells in the center of the base, as it has plenty of defenses in that area. If you are in a clan where there is limited support in getting donations, you need not worry as this technique works even without the use of the Clan Castle troops.

The base is easy to beat for experienced players, and even if you are not, relax and check the base once again, and then beat the challenge!
