How to Obtain Moonlight Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom
Moonlight Cookie is a Legendary Cookie and hence can be obtained through the Gacha. Legendary and the Cookies above the Rarity get their own Limited Rate Up Banner where players need to obtain exclusive wish currency to pull for them.
There is a pity system in these Rate-Up Banners hence players can get the guaranteed Cookie in the 250th pull. Due to Moonlight Cookie’s Rarity, her Soulstones will be available to buy after a few patches from her initial release in Version 4.0 either through the form of Shops or in Limited events. There are many ways to obtain her Soulstones such as,
- Guild Medal Shop: Available exclusively by joining a Guild. Players have to participate in Guild Battles to obtain the Heroic Medal currency to exchange them with the Soulstones. Only 1 Legendary Soulstone Cookie can be exchanged in every Shop Reset lasting 3 days.Â
- Rainbow Shell Gallery: Located inside Touc’s Trade Harbor after you upgrade it. The soul stones can only be exchanged with the Rainbow Pearls currency which can be obtained by shipping various goods through the Ship Harbor. Just like the Guild Medal Shops, you can only obtain 1 Soulstone Cookie. The Shop resets every 2 Days so players have to keep a lookout for which Legendary Soulstone Cookie comes out every rotation.

Moonlight Cookie‘s graceful wavy hair shines under the night sky, as elegant and mystical as ever. She was created by the ancient wizards and learned the secrets of the City of Wizards. Now, all the wizards are gone and she is the only one left to protect the city.

She is the strongest while in her dreams and, therefore can protect the city from intruders. Whenever she feels sad, she falls asleep, where she can lean by her friend Moon and draw in the night sky with her Star friends to cheer up.

Moonlight Cookie is a Magic Cookie with a long cooldown hence a go-to Toppings would be the Swift Chocolate Toppings. The Moonlight Cookie can also use the Searing Raspberry Toppings to increase her Attack as she can serve as a main damage dealer to the enemies. Players can also utilize the Solid Almond Toppings to increase their DMG resistance inflicted by the enemies.
Additionally, this version of the game introduced a new set of Topping that can exclusively be used only on Milky Way Cookie, Moonlight Cookie, and Blueberry Pie Cookie called Moonkissed.
