Bestiary in Diablo Immortal
A Bestiary is a logbook that records all the details of your enemies – a normal monster or a boss you encounter while fighting battles in Sanctuary. The book consists of artistic sketches of enemies with some brief details and information about the monsters you face.
Filling up the logbook pages can help you earn useful rewards in the game, such as Gold, XPs, and sometimes a random piece of equipment. Unlocking new entries in the Bestiary also helps you to earn battle pass points and rewards simultaneously. Sometimes if luck forbids, you can also get a chance to win legendary gear.
There are a total of 104 entries to open and complete, and you can redeem up to 3 entries per day. Therefore, it will take a good amount of time to complete the book. The good thing is that you can earn up to 40 battle points in the battle pass by completing three pages of the book, further boosting your rank in the battle pass.
How to unlock Bestiary and earn rewards in Diablo Immortal
You can unlock the Bestiary by completing the Horadric Bestiary quest in Darkwood. This falls under the main questline so you need to progress in the game to unlock the bestiary. Once the Bestiary is unlocked, you can redeem up to 3 entries per day. Then your main focus lies to collect at least 10 Monstrous essences by killing monsters in the battle which in turn unlocks a new Bestiary entry progressing your level in the bestiary.
The unlocked entries are quite random and you are not allowed to choose which page to unlock. The monsters in the log book are categorized into 3 sections based on their rarity. Along with collecting monstrous orbs in the game to unlock new pages in the logbook, you can also witness extra benefits achieving battle pass points, Gold, and XPs which will add to your overall progress in the game.
