There are numerous quests, consisting of the main quests (connected to the main storyline of Diablo Immortal), side quests, elite quests, and the bounties. Quests in Diablo Immortal
The main quests include the main storyline of the game which is the primary thing you should focus on to progress further and unlock the character levels. Talking about the side quests, the side quests include minor quests that can be randomly accepted by the Adventure seeker. The side quests provide you with highly desirable rewards and are great for leveling up your character even after level 60.
The Elite quests are quite big larger quests that are not connected to the main storyline of the game but it takes a good amount of time to complete. You can access the elite quests by speaking with Tatie in the Westmarch zone.
The last type of quest is the bounties which fall under the category of side quests. These are side missions that give you a lot of rewards and loot after completion. If you want to bounty hunt, then head up straight to the Palace Courtyard in Westmarch and speak to Rayek. From there you can be able to access the bounty board and do bounty hunting.

- Westmarch Quests: Consists of 16 main quests, Elite quests, and side quests that are yet to arrive in this region.
- Ashwold Cemetry Quests: Consists of 8 main quests, 14 side quests, and 6 bounties. Elite Quests are yet to arrive in this region.
- Darkwood Quests: Consists of 9 main quests, 15 side quests, and 9 bounties. Elite Quests are yet to arrive in this region.
- Shassar Sea Quests: Consists of 9 main quests, 15 side quests, 12 bounties, and 1 elite quest.
- Bilefen Quests: Consists of 16 side quests and 3 bounties, Main Quests. Elite Quests are yet to arrive in this region.
- Mount Zavain Quests: Consists of 15 side quests and 8 bounties and Main quests. Elite Quests are yet to arrive in this region.
- Frozen Tundra Quests: Consists of 7 main quests, 15 side quests, and 4 bounties. Elite Quests are yet to arrive in this region.
- Wortham Quests: Consist of only one main quest, other quests are yet to arrive in this region.
- Realm of Damnation Quests: Consists of 6 main quests, 15 side quests, and one bounty. Elite quests are yet to arrive in this region
- Library of Zoltun Kulle Quests: Quests are yet to arrive in this region.
