eFootball 2026 has refreshed its Daily Game rewards, and this time you’re getting a free Epic Andriy Shevchenko right from the start. Unlike some of the longer grinds, this one is straightforward; you can claim him early through the first lap progression.
For a free reward, the card is decent-looking on paper, with stats that suggest he can actually be usable in your main squad. But as always, numbers don’t tell the full story.
Before we complete our lap and claim him, here’s my review of this card and explain how you can use Epic Andriy Shevchenko and take advantage of him with the best progression points allocation as well.
eFootball 2026 Daily Game Epic Andriy Shevchenko
Andriy Shevchenko
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Show Time Skill: Bullet Header
This is actually a very decent free card on paper. The attacking stats are where you’d expect them to be, with offensive awareness and finishing being his strengths. Almost all his physical and aerial stats are comfortably above 85, so he won’t feel weak in duels and can compete in the air.
The biggest surprise here is the Bullet Header skill. Honestly, I expected something like Phenomenal Finishing or Acceleration Burst, but this is okay too, I guess. Combined with his jumping and heading stats, he could be very effective for crosses, even if he’s not the tallest striker out there.
At the same time, this isn’t the sharpest Shevchenko in terms of dribbling. Compared to his AC Milan versions, the ball control, tight possession, and overall smoothness are massively toned down. So I would suggest against improving this if you want to utilize his aerial game.

Speed-wise, he’s good, getting around the 90 mark is still very usable, but it doesn’t give that explosive edge some of his other versions had. Interestingly, it kind of fits the theme of this card, considering it’s based on the Chelsea phase of his career, which wasn’t anywhere close to his AC Milan performances.
However, amongst all his shortcomings, the thing that shouldn’t be ignored is his player ID. Shevchenko cards have always performed better than their stats suggest, even though they were still great, and that’s been consistent across versions.
So even if this one doesn’t look like the absolute best on paper, there’s a strong chance he still feels very clinical in-game once players actually get him. For the very same reason, I think using him as a super sub will make the most sense, since his awareness is still high and will make solid runs.
Suggested Skills: One Touch Pass, Sole Control, Double Touch, First Time Shot, Super Sub
Suggested Booster(s): Striker’s Instinct
