The perfect locations for your needs!

Fortnite is a battle royale game from Epic Games. It has gained immense popularity throughout the years because of its fun gameplay and the interesting content it brings forth with every season. The current Chapter 4 Season 1 of Fortnite has brought along tons of new additions, and a brand new map. Now, players might be wondering about the best spots for great loot and some good competition. In this guide we will tell you the best landing spots in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1.

List of Best Landing Spots in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1

One of the most vital decisions which need to be taken when a match starts is where one must land in the beginning. This decides the whole dynamic of the rest of the game for the players. Either they will get great loot or else they’ll be left looking for it the whole match and someone with better loot might eliminate them. To prevent that from happening here are the best spots to land in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1.

1. Slappy Shores

This area has a Slap Juice factory which along with Slap barrels can be broken off easily by the players to heal themselves. It is also a great location for good loot as this spot has 53 chests. There is also a whole lot of floor loot that lets the players become well-equipped very quickly while their opponents are still searching for good weapons.

This spot is located on the eastern side of the island. This might make going back to the safe zone if it falls on the other side a bit difficult. But the catch is this place is also a hotspot for vehicles especially dirt bikes, which makes going off with the loot very easy.

2. The Citadel

This is the location where players can fight the NPC boss named the Ageless Champion. And if they succeed in defeating it, they will be rewarded with the legendary version of the Ex-caliber sniper rifle which is a mythic weapon. The Citadel is great for normal loot too. It has around 22 chests available but it’s even better because it is one of the hotspots of the Oathbound Chests which provide even greater loot to the players.

3. Faulty Splits

As the name suggests, this location is split into two parts. One is the urban part and one is the medieval part. It provides great loot along with an urban and modern environment. This location has around 50 chests available in its vicinity. But the looting doesn’t stop there as the medieval side of this area also has three Oathbound Chests for the players to discover.

4. Lonely Labs

This place might remind players of Frosty Flights which was available in Chapter 1 of Fortnite. It is an isolated area with a snowy setting and is perfect for players who want to enjoy some scenic beauty and also get decent loot.

This place has around 28 chests in total lying around in its vicinity but leaving it can become quite difficult as there are not many vehicles available players can use the zip lines to connect themselves to the rest of the map.

5. Brutal Bastion

Chapter 4 Season 1 of Fortnite is filled with medieval locations. Brutal Bastion is a combination of a medieval and freezing environment. It is one of the most popular medieval locations and is also a good place for good enough loot as this area has around 40 chests laying all around.

Though it is a popular location, it might be difficult to survive over here as a lot of players would be landing over here and some hills can act as good covers during battles. There are also zip lines that the players can use to travel to other parts of the island.

6. Frenzy Fields

This location is very similar to Frenzy Farm which was a famous location in Chapter 2 of Fortnite. It is a good place to loot and not run into much competition as it has around 40 chests and great floor loot too. The absence of Oathbound Chests but the presence of decent loot makes it a haven for players who want good loot but don’t want any competition right at the beginning of the game itself.
