Players must visit the location on the map below. Summon a cart and board it. This ride will take you to the starting location of the quest. The main puzzle of the quest is the mural you see in front of you. When you reach there, “Capturing Light and Shadows” will be unlocked. There will be a teleport waypoint here, so that you can return to this place later.

1. Capturing Light and Shadow: Unraveling the mural
Climb up the stairs to follow the Hydro Eidolon. It will unlock a chest on its path. Players can follow it, as it unlocks a Choo-Choo Cart. The Hydro Eidolon will unlock a Streaming Projector at the end of the cart’s ride. Glide down and unlock the Four-Leaf Clovers. The location of the three Streaming Projectors will be marked.
One can defeat the nearby enemies to unlock another chest, gliding down the nearby cave. Defeat the enemies that are surrounding a Hydro Eidolon. Follow it and another Choo-Choo Cart will be unlocked, ride it. Players will have to defeat the enemies that spawn on the path. The Hydro Eidolon will unlock a Streaming Projector.
From the mural, go to the left side of the cave. Follow the cart’s line. The path will be blocked, so look for another way nearby. It is to the left of the blocked path. Follow this path and you will find yourself in a room with a Hydro Eidolon surrounded by fire.
Extinguish the fire to let it start moving again. Follow it until you reach a blocked path. Use the Four-Leaf Clover to move to the other side of the path. Extinguish the fire. This will allow the Hydro Eidolon to move again. Again use Four-Leaf Clover to move to the other side of the path. Defeat the enemy camp for a chest and continue following the Hydro Eidolon till it unlocks a Choo-Choo Cart. Ride it. The Hydro Eidolon will unlock a Streaming Projector at the end of the cart’s ride.
From the end of the Streaming Projector, use the Four-Leaf Clovers to get to the other side of the cave. A Hydro Eidolon will unlock a chest. Players must start following it. It will stop next to a diary, read it. Afterward, continue following it.
You will reach a room with a locked chest. Hit the two Hydro monuments in the room with Hydro attacks. The third monument is on the other side of a wall, so ask the Hydro Eidolon for help. It will unlock the third monument and the chest will also be unlocked. Keep following the Hydro Eidolon. Fight the enemies on the path to unlock a chest. Continue following until you reach a room with one Hydro monument, one Pyro monument, and one Cryo monument.
Ask the Hydro Eidolon to unlock the Hydro monument, then unlock the Pyro and Cryo ones yourself. After lowering the water level, continue following the Hydro Eidolon. It will unlock a Choo-Choo Cart, ride it. It will unlock the last Streaming Projector at the end of its ride.

Now that all Streaming Projectors are unlocked, the ability to enter the Preprint will become available. When you enter the Preprint, first collect all the mural fragments.
