Genshin Impact has released the second Phase of Version 3.7 and its following events with the new event “Divine Ingenuity: Collector’s Chapter” being of them. Although, in a simpler sense the Event is another Domain run challenges with clear rewards. The Event is essentially more aligned towards the player’s creative mindset of designing and brandishing new concepts and ways to build their custom Domains, sharing their designs with other players as well.

How to participate and complete the Divine Ingenuity “Collector’s Chapter” event in Genshin Impact
- Must be at least on Adventure Rank 20 or above.
- Complete the Archon Quest Prologue Chapter: Act III “Song of the Dragon and Freedom.”
Divine Ingenuity “Collector’s Chapter”: Event Gameplay
There are two kinds of modes of the Domains being displayed through the Event: Preset Domains and Custom Domains. Players can choose to only participate in completing the Preset Domain Challenges as those are the only ones that contain valuable Rewards.
While playing both Domains, Travelers will be given the option to choose Trial characters to run in the Domains. Fortunately, it seems like in this Event we can exclusively use the entire playable cast of characters.
Although do keep in mind that the Trial characters are all stuck at Level 70 with not-so-viable builds onto them.
Preset Domains
In the Preset Domains, the domains are built-in by the game itself where players have to treat it as any other ordinary Domain run to obtain various rewards. There will be a total of 5 Preset Domains that will be unlocked every day.
Players can either bring their characters or use the trial characters given in the Event to clear the Domains. Complete the Preset Domain challenges and obtain a specified amount of Artificer Points to obtain rewards.
Custom Domains
In the Custom Domains, players can freely express their creative minds and passion and build their Domains for other Travelers to play on. The Event will provide a series of objects for you to freely utilize however you, please. You can adjust the map size, terrain, and mechanism, set up traps, buffs, and enemies and edit the duration of each run.
Once you are done with setting up your Domain, you have the option to set it to public for other players to join in or share the code. If you don’t feel too creative and want to take some inspiration from different creators then you can do so by trying out Preset Sets or importing any saved Domains.
Opponents
Some of the opponents in the Domains are different from those in the open world. These special enemies can be placed in Domains and can be given certain buffs to them. For example- A Blazing Axe Mitachurl can have the Explosive Fireblast damage where it periodically creates an Explosive Fire Ball that homes in on nearby characters and deals Pyro damage upon hit.
Special Enemies have special mechanisms, please be careful while dealing with them. Due keep in mind to check the HP/Life Points configuration in Settings. You cannot place any opponent if Life Points are configured.
- Trigger: To build connections between objects, such as between ‘defeat opponents’ and ‘unlock treasure chest’, you will need to configure the Trigger. The two ends connected by a Trigger Link are ‘Trigger Condition’ and ‘Trigger Incident’. When all Trigger Conditions are met, the Trigger-able Incident will take place.
- Artifact Points: It is the score required to complete the challenge. Some Domains require obtaining certain Artificer Points as their Completion Criteria. Defeating opponents, completing Area challenges, etc. will give you Artificer Points.
- Artificer Coins: Possible drops from defeating opponents or opening the chest. Artificer Coins can be used to invite characters or purchase buffs.
- Artificer Experience: Possible drops from defeating opponents or opening chests. When entering Domains, characters are at a certain level that is fixed. Obtaining Artificer Experience can increase the Artificer Level, thus improving characters’ attributes. Domain challenge results can be calculated based on Artificer Points or Time Limit. You may choose either of them according to the features of your Domain. Buffs take effect once they are selected and equipped. You may click the Artificer Buffs icon to enter the buff selection interface. ‘
- Summon Station: The range of characters that can be invited through Summon Station is configured by the Domain Artificer, which does not necessarily contain all characters.
You can configure challenge objectives for each Area respectively. Only after completing the challenge objectives for the present Area can you proceed to the next one. Challenge objectives are divided into two categories: Collect Adventure Coins and Defeat Opponents. The event prepared a set of completed Domains and designs. Players can copy them to start with their Domain creation. You can also select a Preset Set while creating a Domain.
Sharing Domains and Quick-starts
While creating a new Domain, you may be able to import a Favorite Domain. You can use this function for your sharing purposes.
- Obtain the Domain ID of the published Domain.
- Enter the Domain ID and Favorite the search result.
- Create a new Domain, and select the Domain in the “Import Favorite” list to copy.
Only Domains with the Copy Authorization turned on can be imported this way. During the Event, Artificers may disable the Copy Authorization of any individual Domain.
After the Event begins, the “Divine Ingenuity” Interaction Platform will be up and running as well. On the Platform, you may submit and share your Domains, as well as brose and challenge Domains created by other adventurers. Share and find Domains that are fun to explore by tapping on the Event Homepage titled “Share Domains” and clicking on “Search Designs” afterward.
