Mementos of Teyvat is a photo-taking event in Version 5.1 of Genshin Impact. During the event, players will visit designated photo spots and use Paimon’s Kamera to capture scenes based on specific requirements. By completing the photo quests, players can earn Primogems and Mementos of Teyvat. Starting on the 28th of September, 2024, the event will go on till the 10th of October, 2024.
How to unlock the Mementos of Teyvat event
We have listed down the requirements to unlock the Mementos of the Teyvat event.
- Adventure Rank 20 or above
- Completion of Archon Quest Prologue: Act III Song of the Dragon and Freedom
Genshin Impact Mementos of Teyvat Event Overview
- Starting from the event’s first day, Paimon will reveal two new photo spots each day for the first six days
- Head to the designated photo spots and use Paimon’s Kamera to snap different scenes based on the given requirements
- Throughout the event, you can collect rewards from the event menu the first time you complete a photo at each designated spot
Mementos of Teyvat Stages and how to complete them
Stage 1: A Legendary Beginning
- The weapon must be a Sword (players can choose any character with a sword).
- Set time between 15:00 – 17:00.
- Head to Mondstadt’s Whispering Woods, where you’ll find Amber. Talk to her, equip the Kamera, and after a few dialogues, start clipping pictures.
Stage 2: The Dragon and the Adventurer
- Head towards Stormterror’s Lair in Mondstadt
- Equip the kamera and set the time between 04:00 – 06:00
- Select any character and wait for their idle animation to play. Once it does, start taking pictures.
Stage 3: Somewhere You’d Want to Go When You’re Hungry
It is set to release on September 29, 2024
Stage 4: Treetop Pavilion
It is set to release on September 29, 2024
Stage 5: Looking Down on the World Below
It is set to release on September 30, 2024
Stage 6 – Her Excellency… Something Narukami… What a Mouthful!
It is set to release on September 30, 2024

It is set to release on October 1, 2024
Stage 8 – Aboveground Portion of an Underground Labyrinth
It is set to release on October 1, 2024
Stage 9 – City of Operatic Trials
It is set to release on October 2, 2024
Stage 10 – Theater of Fate
It is set to release on October 2, 2024
Stage 11 – The Story’s Beginning
It is set to release on October 3, 2024
Stage 12 – The Adventure Continues

After completing the event players will receive a total of:
- Primogem x420
- Hero’s wit x24
- Mora x240,000
- Mementos of Teyvat Album x1
