How to Contact Hyper Front customer support

There are three ways to contact the customer support team of Hyper Front. Players can either contact you from in-game menu options. They can contact via the official support website or reach out to the Developers at Netease directly via social media handles.

How to Contact via in-game customer service option 

Players must launch the game on their devices. Once the in-game home screen has loaded, they must adhere to the steps below:

  • Players must tap on the arrowhead icon present in the top right corner of the in-game home screen. 
  • A drop-down menu would appear on your screen next. Tap on the Customer Service Option present at the bottom of the menu page. Whenever you visit this section, the game would require permission to access your phone’s camera.

  • Once you have given the same, you would be re-directed to the in-app customer center of Netease. 
  • You will find that the Developers have already answered the Frequently Asked Queries over there. To view the answers for the same, you just need to choose the category that your issue falls under. 3 categories have been added as of now, namely, Bug ReportCrash/Lag Problems, and Appeal Ban. You will likely find your exact issue over there.

Raising a Ticket

  • If your issue persists or is something different, you need to raise a Ticket. To do so, visit the Bug Report Section under FAQ.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the Bug Report FAQ page. You will find a Contact Support option as an alternative. Tap on that.

  • You would then be asked to describe your issue in detail and attach relevant screenshots from your issue. The screenshots field is not mandatory, however, we insist you add screenshots if any for quick and better assistance.

  • Once you are done Describing your issue, tap on the Submit button to successfully raise a Ticket. You can check the status of your issue by navigating to the History tab, present just below the Support tab. Your issue will be taken up within 48 hours from raising a ticket. 

How to Contact the Developer Team directly

  • If the issue stills persist, you can get in touch with the Developer Team at NetEase Games directly. Reach out to them here. Go on to describe your exact issue in detail. Also attach screenshots of any, with the mailer.
  • The Developer Team will get back to you within 48 hours. You may do a follow-up in the same mail chain if required.
  • Additionally, you can reach them out here. You need to fill out a form, based on which the Developers would look to assist you. You need to give the following inputs:

  1. Your name
  2. Email ID
  3. The Subject of your query(make sure to mention the Game name in this column as well).
  4. Your query is in the form of a message.
  • Tap on Send message once you are done with all the inputs.

How to contact via Social media handles

Another way could be to try getting in touch with the team via their official social media handles. @HyperFrontEn is the official Twitter handle of Hyper Front for catering to the queries of the users.
