Kitty Keep Gameplay Basics
The game shows your kitty squad with 3 cat warriors of your choice (later 4) assembled to defend an underdeveloped tower while being backed up by kitty archers automatically shooting arrows. The game only starts when you click the BATTLE option at the bottom of the screen.
As soon as you click that button, a wave of enemies approaches your castle. When they are within the range, your warriors automatically start attacking. However, there are special powers that you have to activate to deal massive damage. As the levels and the wave number increase, the game gets more interesting.
Behind your defense line, would be a town that needs to be built and then defended. Also, there would be a port (that is only available after Wave 20), which would harbor your Pirate ship, with which you may raid other lands and bring wealth to your kitty-dom. The rest of the game, as of the beginners stage would be based upon upgrading several attributes, lets take a quick peep into some important tips and tricks to master this game.

The following are some tips and tricks for this game, I wish I had known before I started playing the game.
1. Keep upgrading your Archer and Tower level
The archer kitties remain behind your primary defense lineup and shoot arrows at fixed intervals toward the enemies within range. As long as you have enough coins, upgrade at least the archers. Upgrading archers once increases its number by one. Also, upgrading the castle would gradually build the castle wall while increasing its HP simultaneously. A higher HP is better suited for the battles. Hence, try to spend coins primarily on upgrading these two stuffs.
2. Unleashing the special move or Skill
After taking effect, the kitty warriors are given special moves that require a cooldown. Each kitty has its unique special moves, and using them wisely is very important. Some special moves are automatically activated, while some require the user to tap the activation location. Try to unleash the moves when the enemy is at a decent distance and is forming a crowd.
Also, the timing can be very important, since the moves can be used again after a cooldown. There are waves (at each 5th wave), where a boss appears at the end, you must keep the special move in store for the final boss. Also, remember that you need MP (Move Points) to unleash each special move, hence don’t repetitively use those powerful moves. Let the battle go on, and use the moves only when you have gathered enough MP.
3. Purchase gears and upgrade talents
Gears and talents are additional boosts that help each attribute of the defense line and the castle. It may be used to increase your castle’s HP, and defence, as well as help the defence-line bolster its attack. The gears are available after just a few levels of gameplay, and the gears you choose to obtain, totally depend upon your strategy about which side of your game you want to improve.
Talents are sort of the same thing, serving the same purpose, but the difference is, for upgrading talents, you won’t have to spend any coins or gems. As long as you have free talent points from the battles, you can upgrade your talents. Whereas, upgrading the gears requires coins.
4. Level up and promote your Kitty warriors
Just like any other game, the characters must be upgraded here. Leveling up the kitties is a must if you want to deal more damage to the opposition. Also, the skill cooldown is reduced as the kitties get leveled up. You may level up the kitties up to a certain level, after which you have to promote them to the next tier, in which the kitty gets a new upgraded look, and new moves.
5. Summon the Immortals
The immortals are special warriors who deal damage to the opposition at regular intervals from the flanks. Initially, you may have only one immortal to help you, but its number increases at later stages. The immortals can be very handy while in the battles, as they deal constant damage to the enemies.
6. Upgrade the Mine and Town Hall
The mine provides gold coins constantly, as long as it is upgraded, it will increase the amount yielded. Hence always keep it upgraded, for an infinite source of Gold. Also, the Town Hall is important to sustain the number of people living in the town and the castle.
You cannot sustain an army of archers, warriors, and mine-workers with a low level of Town Hall. Hence upgrading the Town Hall should also be prioritized.
7. Invade Colonies whenever possible
Invade and colonize different colonies to gain contracts and upgrade your town. To invade a colony, you have to battle against repeated hordes of enemies and then demolish the opposition castle.
Colonies can only be invaded only after you have constructed a pier for your town. After colonizing, you will receive coins regularly automatically, and contracts to upgrade the town. Remember that, the more colonies you have, the more gold you will receive.
8. Build town infrastructure
Town buildings like Town Hall, Workshop, and Market. etc., help in boosting the stats of the castles’ attack and defense. Build such infrastructure in your Town, as soon as the option is available. Initially, go for the workshop, which increases the castle’s HP, and the mine, which yields gold coins at a constant rate. Remember that some of these structures like the Town Hall and the mine can be upgraded, while the Workshop can’t be.
9. Watch ads
This can be only possible if your device is online. When online, and given a chance to watch an ad, go for it. The amount of coins given in return for watching an ad in this game is insane (almost 3x of the winning reward), hence it would help you in this game.
10. Login daily
Try to log into the game, at least for the first 7 continued days. Logging in provides daily rewards like contacts, gems, coins, etc. which are very important to move forward in the game.
