How to earn Pokémon Home points points

There is no way currently to gain points explicitly by completing quests or so. Players can accumulate these points as they add more Pokémon to their inventory in Pokémon Home. The Switch version allows players to exchange the Pokémon Home points for Battle Points (BP) in certain core series Pokémon games.

Do not be hasty in exchanging your Pokémon as the points are not credited to you as soon as you add a Pokémon. Wait till you earn these points. It is a simple thing of catching more and more Pokémon and letting them rest in your Home as points are added to your account.

How to utilize Pokémon Home points efficiently

Players may transfer their Pokémon Home points to other games by utilizing the Switch version. If the points are transferred to Pokémon Legends: Arceus, players will acquire Merit Points. On the other hand, Battle Points (BP) will be acquired if transferred to Sword/Shield or Pokémon BDSP.
