Tower of Fantasy will be releasing some fresh new limited events in the latest update of Version 2.4 ‘Under the Grand Sea. One of which is another gacha-focused event that offers called Ivory Bloom. This event is specially made to promote a new skin of one of the playable characters, Lan, which has been released in the game.
Tower of Fantasy Ivory Bloom Event Overview and Rewards
The new event “Ivory Bloom” as stated, is a Gacha-related event. Players can pull a total of 15 times. Each of these draws is done by either using Dark Crystals or Tanium. The event will be made available on April 13th, 2023 (03:00 EDT) and will end by April 19th, 2023 (17:00 EDT). The event will take place for a total of 7 days.
As for rewards, the main attraction would be the new Skin that the Simulacrum Lan will be receiving along with her own Weapon’s Skin. Here is a list of the following Rewards players can obtain from the draws:
- Lan Simulacrum: Haute Couture (Skin)
- Lan’s Vermilion Bird Weapon: Akaba (Skin)
- Commitment Giftbox (Haute Couture: Ivory Bloom Icon Avatar Frame: Absolute Authority and Chat Bubble: Under the Thumb)
- Red Nucleus
- Fortress Tactics Eyepiece Shard
- Fortress Exoskeleton Shard
- Fortress Microreactor Shard
- Whistle
- Orange Eyepiece
- Universal Combat Parts IV
- Random SSR Relic Shard Box
- Weapon Augmentation Box V
Final Thoughts
It is evident that the gacha-related event is mostly aimed toward the players that spend money in the game rather than the F2P players. The main charm of this event is advertising Lan’s new skin, which has a laughably low drop rate.
As such, F2P players will struggle immensely to obtain the cosmetic unless they spend. To have a guaranteed chance, players would need around a total of 10,610 Dark Crystals/5900 Tanium in order to get the cosmetic. In the end, players are vastly disappointed with the money-grabbing gacha events as they seem to be bombarded with almost all the updates.
