Among Us was one of the first games to rise to popularity instantly. People quickly became fans of the game as it provided a serious yet funny game style, the no violence combined with the tomato splash kill effect was loved by millions worldwide. Now, Among Us is rolling out their new update with many features such as Friend list, cosmetics, and more to increase the user experience by a lot.
What does the Among Us latest update contain
Friends List
Now, Among Us users can have a unique friend code and use it to send requests with which they can invite friends to their lobby and maintain a friend list. Players can also choose to block people and also hide their friend code. But this update has not added the active/inactive status yet, the cosmetics will be arranged in a new order, and PC users can now turn the screen shake option on and off.
New Cosmetics
New Collab cosmetics have now been added to the game.
1. Ghostface Cosmetics
Scream collaboration with Among Us will introduce Scream Masks, and Scream robes will be available for all platforms until April 30th.
2. Halo Cosmetics
As part of the collaboration with Halo Infinite, cosmetics like Spartan armor, Spartan helmet, and Guilty Spark pet will be added exclusively for Xbox and Microsoft Store players.
3. Ratchet and Clank Cosmetics
Among Us’ collaboration with Ratchet Clank will introduce Ratchet’s Hat, Ratchet’s outfit, and Clank’s pet. This will be exclusively added for PlayStation users. Users will be able to get the new cosmetics by simply logging in to the game. Logging into the game will automatically add the cosmetics to the players’ inventory.
With this set of updates, the development team has also made some improvements and bug fixes for the account reset and linking issues. Users can stay updated about all the information by visiting the official Among Us website or following the official social media handles.
