The Season 3.5 Underworld update for Apex Legends Mobile which added Revenant to the roster of mobile legends was set to finish on Tuesday, January 10, and Season 4 was set to release after that. But now, the developers have revealed that Season 3 will now last longer and as a result, the Season 4 update of Apex Legends Mobile has got delayed.
The reason behind the delay in the upcoming Apex Legends Mobile update
The game won the competition at both the 2022 Apple App Store Awards and the 2022 Google Play Best Awards. The makers thanked players for a successful first year and announced that the season would be extended, but they did not specify by how much.
However, a closer examination of the game itself seems to provide the solution: The Season Hub now lists February 14 as the new season’s end date, roughly a month ahead of the Underworld battle pass’s still-current January 10 expiration date.
The reasons stated behind the postponement of Season 4 appear to be the same as the ones stated for the delay of Season 3: the developers require additional time to finish troubleshooting, prepare for the new season, and fix any flaws that remain.
Some players are finding the news to be a little upsetting. In contrast, others seem to agree that giving developers a little more time to fix bugs and balance problems is always a good idea since the lengthy break between Season 2 and Season 3 resulted in a seamless debut.
