Avatar Generations Prison Break update brings a new campaign expansion, new characters and more

The time to fight back is now!

The Prison Break Update, based on the Avatar: The Last Airbender episode “Imprisoned,” offers players the chance to liberate strong Earthbenders from a floating Fire Nation Prison Rig in Avatar Generations, announced CDE Entertainment and developer Navigator Games, under license from Paramount Consumer Products. Avatar Generations’ new characters and gameplay expansion are available for free right now on iOS and Android devices.

Avatar Generations brings five new heroes in the Prison Break update

The Earthbenders of a tiny mining community are captured by the Fire Nation and taken to a metal jail where Earthbending is suppressed. Aang, Katara, and Sokka must break into the jail to persuade Haru and his father Tyro to lead the Earthbenders in a revolution against The Warden when Haru, a Team Avatar friend, is taken into custody.

Players can now explore Prison Rig and gather Haru and Prisoner Haru, Prisoner Tyro, the inmate who serves as the head of the Earthbender Prisoners, Prisoner Katara, and The Warden. In July, you’ll also be able to pick up a unique addition—the spirit of General Old Iron from the comic novel The Rift.

All of the artwork and animations used to bring these canon characters to life in the game were created by Avatar Studios in close collaboration with Nickelodeon. Players can visit the official game website and social media handles for more information about the update.
