Black Clover Mobile: Rise of the Wizard King has been pushed back to the first half of 2023 for its iOS and Android release. Developed by Vic Games Studio and published by Pearl Abyss, the free-to-play online RPG will be released worldwide in the first half of next year.
Pearl Abyss the brains behind the popular online game Black Desert Mobile is acting as the publisher of the upcoming open-world RPG. The game was originally announced in 2021 when the developers said that they are planning for a 2022 release. The developers have now confirmed that they are planning to conduct a closed beta test globally in 2023.
Black Clover Mobile is delayed to further improve its quality
Black Clover Mobile: Rise of the Wizard King draws inspiration from the famous Japanese manga series named Black Clover. The story follows the journey of a boy in a magical world who was born without “magic”. The boy enters a life of adventure as he aims to gain prominence in the magical world.
The CEO of Vic Game Studios Choi Jae-young has clarified everything on camera. Choi Jae-young addresses the camera and says that Black Clover Mobile is being developed smoothly, and the developers are working hard to deliver not only the excitement and fun of the original animation but also the best quality that a game can represent.
He further says that they are currently in the final stretch, and he looks forward to showing it to all users soon. Previously, Black Clover Mobile was being developed to launch in 2022, but they had decided to postpone the launch to improve the game’s quality.
He finishes by revealing their plans for global closed beta tests in select regions. As these tests are conducted to validate service stability, they are, unfortunately, conducted in specific global areas first. Stay tuned with us for all the latest updates on Black Clover Mobile.
