Brawl Stars November 2021 Brawl Talk: Club League, Gears, New skins and more

Club Leagues are coming to Brawl Stars!

Brawl Stars have now showcased the Brawl Talk for the month of November 2021. This is a mid-season update for Season 9 of the Brawl Pass. The update brings the much-awaited Club League, gears, new skins and much more. Battles will still be taking part in the Hollywood-themed environment, Brawlywood. In this article, we will look at all the announcements for the upcoming season.

Brawl Stars November 2021 Brawl Talk: Club Leagues

Club League, which was first teased in the Brawl Talk held in September, is finally coming to the game in November. These are similar to Clan Wars from other Supercell games, Clash of Clans and Clash Royale wherein clubs fight it out to progress in a ladder system, in order to claim better rewards. The tiers are the same as Power League, ranging from Bronze I to Masters. For the first season, all clubs will be in Bronze I.

Each Club Season lasts for a total of 7 days, where 8 clubs of the same region engage for Club Points. The matchmaking happens automatically for clubs belonging to the same tier. The first season of Club League starts on the 24th of November, 2021.

Players will compete on three days, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. On each battle day, players can either play a Standard match or Power match (Competitive Match), participating in either of the game modes requires tickets. Tickets make a comeback to Brawl Stars, the currency which was earlier used for weekend events like Robo Rumble. It will now be used for Club League. On every matchday, players will receive 4 tickets and 4 additional tickets can be bought from the shop.

Standard Match

As the name suggests this mode works like a normal match played on ladder. During a matchday, a fixed game mode and map will be on rotation. Players can enter the match by exchanging 1 ticket.

Power Match

This match will be played in a draft mode involving picks and bans like Power League. Playing power match will cost double the tickets but in return grants additional Club trophies.

Gears

To add more depth and complexity to the game, Brawler’s kit will now be equipped with new items called Gears. Each brawler can equip two gears at a time. One each will be unlocked at the two new power levels, that are being added to the game. They provide passive abilities to brawlers which also adds the ability to customize brawlers.

Gears need to be crafted to equip them. To craft gears, players need Gear tokens and Gear scrap, both of which are obtained from Brawl boxes. Each gear is bound to a brawler. This means that players on obtaining sufficient gear scrap and gear token to craft one gear only one brawler will be able to equip that gear. Currently, 5 gears are being added to the game.

  • Speed: Increases movement speed in bushes by 15%.
  • Shield: Gives 300 extra health as a consumable shield. Shield regens 50 HP per second when the brawler is at full health.
  • Damage: Additional 10% damage is added to brawlers stats when HP is below 50%.
  • Resistance: Reduces stun duration and slow effectiveness by 25%.
  • Health: Brawler regens 100 HP per second when stationary.

Each gear can be upgraded up to Level 3.

Skins

Three new skins are being added to the game which can be purchased from the Club coins, obtained from Club Leagues. The upcoming skins are:

  • Potato Squeak
  • Moldy Mike
  • Chicken Rico

Brawl Stars World Finals

Brawl Stars World Finals is being held from the 26th of November to the 28th of November, 2021. Players do stand a chance to win rewards like gold, powerpoints, exclusive pins and Cat Burglar Jessie for free. All the players need to do is to predict the set winners of a match, for the games being held.  More details regarding the same will be released one week prior to the commencement of the finals on Brawl Stars Esports handles.

No balance changes are coming with this update since World Finals will be taking place and tinkering with brawlers can shift the meta which will cause disruption in strategies that Esports organizations and Professional players make. Gears and new power levels will also not be used in matches held during the World Finals. Brawl Talk will be back in December for Brawlidays to celebrate Brawl Stars anniversary.
