Children of Morta will feature a story of a family of extraordinary heroes, each of which will be a playable character in the game. The gameplay will be hack-and-slash based where you will be tasked with clearing up the dungeons filled with enemies and making sure you progress through the storyline. The band of heroes will have to unite to make sure that they fight for justice and repel corruption.
The dungeons will not only be full of enemies but also full of gears and equipment, in each run, you will be able to get better and improved gear for your characters. Having improved gear will enhance your chances of success in the dungeons allowing you to breeze through the storyline. You can control all characters and team up with different players via the co-op game mode.
If you are someone who likes roguelike games coupled with a solid storyline, Children of Morta is your game to play. It is very carefully developed with gorgeous 2D art mixing and combining it with modern lighting techniques giving it an edge in the graphics department.
